I always have had techs go over the tough areas a couple times before they leave not this time. I also paid to have a Pottery Barn Sunbrella fabric recliner cleaned and it looks worse then it did previously‼ My husband went to Walmart and bought a scrubber for 59$ and used oxyclean came right up! Did I mention I asked the tech to add an area rug on while he was here? I already had it laid out in the garage ready to go because I had inquired about it but was indecisive due to the price, he told me no I would have to call and have them come and pick it up...or maybe he didn't hear what I needed because he was on the phone the entire time?!

Called Glimmer Clean for a quote to get our air ducts cleaned and their rep, Mike, came out. Very…read moremuch on time. He looked at our ducts briefly and to my surprise let me know that they appeared to be in "pretty good shape". He wrote me up a quote and after a very informative discussion we agreed that this project could wait. I was very impressed by Mike's honesty Feels like a vendor typically comes up with a reason to sell you their service whereas Mike did not. I was pleased to also know that Glimmer clean cleans upholstery and carpets. I'll definitely be calling Mike back to come and clean our carpets in the spring.
