I asked this company to come in and clean our house, which we are currently renovating. The cost…read morewas $135 for two hours of *deep cleaning*. I communicated that the renovations weren't finished, so it was a weird job. They came at 9am and I showed them around and tipped them over 60% knowing it would be a tough two hours. Mind you this house is under 1k square feet, so it's tiny, but it's very cluttered and had a tiny bit of renovation mess. We did tidy quite a bit before they came. At 10:28 I got a text that they were done and had left. Thinking they must have just gotten done early, I went home. The bathroom was COMPLETELY untouched. The kitchen was barely cleaned. They did an excellent job on the floors, but that's literally all. Yes, the floors were bad. It's also only 800 square feet and I can mop it in 20 minutes. I paid $200 for an hour and a half of sweeping and mopping five small rooms total. When I emailed them to ask about it, they offered to come back, however I was out of town the next week. They said that the cleaners didn't know anyone lived in the house, and that's why they didn't do the most important rooms. The house is clearly occupied. They also denied only doing 1.5 hours, even though I sent screen shots. After I declined the offer to come back the next week because I'd be traveling, they stopped communication altogether. I'm finding more and more uncleaned things as time goes on, and calling cleaning floors only a "deep clean" is outrageous. Total waste of $200.

In a new build, between the developer (who chose this company) and Nature's Link themselves, this should have been done right the first time (or the second) and was not. Water still collects in my yard rather than draining to the street as it should. I am not angry about it any more, but will not hire them for any future projects and I recommend that anyone reading this also look elsewhere.

One is "you get what you pay for"…read more In my case that means by saving a bit on trash I'm paying to wake up on a weekly basis around 6:30 AM because they just HAVE to pick up the trash so damn early. Have I contacted them multiple times? Yes. And in all of that time, there is maybe a span of a few months where the route is switched up and then they're back here way too early. The other company might cost more, but at least their trucks don't rumble through until at least 7 AM. If I had the budget I'd switch just based on that. I support local as often as I can, but when local businesses treat me like crap, it's tough to support them. Aside from that, they're what you'd expect from a trash company.

Or if it's on a nice day the night before then we bring it out 20 feet the opposite way. BUT It'll still end up directly behind my truck which is in my driveway... The nice lady who answers the phone told me last time that There's a note in the computer that pops up when the trash driver comes to my house to pick up our trash. Apparently they don't know how to read. I'm over it. I never had this issue with any other trash service. The only reason I left republic was because I was getting a discount for combining my trash and recycling but then I found out that they were putting recycling in the same truck as the trash. So we're paying extra money for recycling. But it's going to the same place as the trash and not getting separated blah, blah, whatever. So then we started with Ava's and they were doing well. In a whole year they would leave the trash can behind our truck once. Now it is every single week. I don't know if anyone knows this, but to replace A trash can costs a lot of money. They just won't throw you a new trashcan for free if you run it over because of their incompetence- They will charge you. I don't understand why I am paying for a service that I have to call and complain about every week.. Again, the ladies who answer the phone are excellent. They're very polite, They try to help you out any way shape or form they can. But the idiots who are driving the trucks and picking up the trash need to watch a video on how to do their job again. Did I mention how I've gone around my neighborhood to see if it was just my house that they were doing this to? Well it is and I did. Never in a million years did I think i'd be that lady driving around my neighborhood Taking pictures of where my neighbors trash cans were placed. Well guess what? None of them have their trash cans anywhere near their driveway. I'm over it. They couldn't even do it for 1 week after I complained. I'm not going to leave pictures On here because it shows my home. It shows my address and my vehicle. I don't want retaliation from the people who give it. 5 Stars to come to my house and start Messenger with other stuff. Because that stuff happens because people are crazy. Evas has photos because I have sent them photos. Photos of my house and all of my neighbors that have ava's waste removal as their trash service.. And how only my trash can is in my driveway. Nobody else is trash cans anywhere near any of their vehicles or their driveway.

He takes a video as he cleans and he found a bird had nudged its way from outside the house into the duct. It appeared it had made a nest (possibly annually for a while) and when he inserted his device into that material - there were old feathers, grass and other material which was ejected out. He had a cage-like device that he recommended he could install that the bird would not be able to get through in the future. I definitely would hire this company again !! Very Pleased !
