I called yet again and got a really rude guy that told me I had already called and to quit calling back. I told him I didn't realize I was calling the same company from earlier and I apologized. He said if I'm sorry I'd quit calling. I told he didn't have to get snippy about it and he said he could be any way he wanted! He should not be dealing with the public. I have multiple documentation of all the texts and the voicemails and recorded messages I left and he is still keeping my money. This is a crime. And my money should have been in an escrow by law.
