If I could I would give a ZERO!!! I left my truck at the Augusta Georgia location. When I got my truck back it was a mess,(and that's putting it LIGHTLY ). They didn't secure my truck in the fenced area. A homeless person was in our truck. When we got it back the stench was unbelievable! There were women's clothing, used sanitary napkins and feces on the back seat and floor. The person at the facility said they weren't responsible for this. When I put the keys in their hands that meant they were liable. My husband took the truck back and that's the response he got. After paying $300.00 to get our door repaired. Just like they locked it in the fence when they fixed it to keep me from picking it up without paying, they should have locked it yp when I dropped it off. I was so hurt and disappointed in the way they handled my property. If I were able to I would post the pictures of the filth in my truck. read more

I called about every locksmith in town to find out who would be able to help me with my car problem. My car was stuck in a parking lot because the key would not turn in the ignition. The Honda dealership was going to charge me three times the amount I was quoted by AAA Lock & Key. I had my car towed to them and they were able to get the job done. They changed the ignition and gave me new keys, all for a reasonable price. I was a little skeptical because the key was a programed one, but the job was done well. It took him 3 hours to do. The place was located kind of in the middle of no where. Someone wrote that the company is "ruder than rude." I also sensed this because when i called whoever i spoke to was very short on the phone. I think that is just how he is... i let it slide because he is the only one in town that could do the job. read more

When I called in a woman told me it would be quicker to bring in doors than to wait for a service call. Sure enough, I brought my things in and picked them up later. The gentleman in the store was kind and worked quickly. The only reason it isn't a 5 is because the first person I talked to over the phone became noticeably irritated by my questions about what precisely to bring in for a re-key. This was a first for me so I wasn't familiar with the vocabulary. It made me really uncomfortable. Other than that, all good service. They are quick and affordable! read more

Was looking high & low for a place that does not rip me off getting a spare car key programmed. Everybody else wanted to take me to the cleaners or they could NOT program the key. Someone wrote that you can get the keys from Home Depot & Lowes. NO, we could not. We needed a 07 Honda Accord car key. We got some programmable key from Ebay cheap for like $11. It was 5:30 pm on a Sunday night when I rolled up to my house after a 10-hour drive from out-of-state only to find that I'd left my house key at my original location...smart! After calling 2 previous lock&key services in the area (one couldn't provide someone to get out at all and one would require me to wait at least 1.5 hours!) I easily reached the nice folks at AAA Lock & Key. They told me they could have someone out to help in half an hour and sure enough, just a short 30 min. later a kind locksmith arrived. Within 5 minutes he had my house unlocked for less than half the price of other locksmiths in the area - and would not accept a tip!
