The intake will be done by one person and the 'interview' will be with another. They have free to use computers to find jobs. One thing is that you need to register with the government's Universal Job search which will be linked to your JS account. This will record all the applications and possible interviews you have. As it currently stands it takes a week for your first allowance to come in

I wouldn't recommend speaking to any of the advisers unless you want to be patronised and take a hit on your self-esteem. The staff clearly do not enjoy their jobs and look at everybody like pieces of dirt under their shoe.
