We have the Paid Checks to prove we did buy additional insurance. We have been working with Andy at the San Fernando Office he always tries to help us out. He has great service. I understand it's not his fault. All this comes from the person who sold the truck to us. His name is Barry Sloan. They are trying to resolve this matter. I brought my truck in to have a new set of tires installed, and my vehicle has brand-new wheels that were in perfect condition before the appointment. When I picked up my truck, I immediately noticed that multiple rims had been scratched during the tire installation. Instead of acknowledging the damage and taking responsibility, the staff denied accountability and refused to repair or compensate me for the damage they caused. A reputable business should stand behind its work and take care of its customers when mistakes happen, but that was not the case here. What made the situation even worse was the pricing. Before the work was performed, I was quoted $2,200 for the job. After everything was completed, I was presented with a final bill of $2,950--an increase of $750 over the original quote. I was never properly informed or asked to approve this significant price increase before the work was completed. Transparency and honesty are essential when dealing with customers, and this experience showed a complete lack of both. The combination of damaged property, refusal to accept responsibility, and unexpected additional charges left me feeling completely taken advantage of. When customers trust a business with expensive vehicles and aftermarket wheels, they expect those vehicles to be treated with care and respect. Instead, my truck was returned with damaged rims and a bill that was substantially higher than what I had agreed to. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe other customers deserve to know what happened. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Commercial Tire Center.
