Bottom line, my wife picked up the car and returned home. I got into the car and the TPMS light was on, I checked the tire pressure and all 4 tires were under inflate. The manager was uncooperative, I am stuck now, Discount Tire did not rotate or balance the tires, I am scheduled to leave on the trip in the morning and my vehicle is in worse condition than whe I dropped it off. The place is clean, highly efficient and the mechanics are bright and switched on. If I'd bought my 4 new tires from them instead of in High Springs, I would have saved over $100.00. They checked my donut spare which had dry rotted. Since only dealers sell them at high prices they advised me where to get one cheaper. They also suggested I might not need the expensive work I was advised and anticipating and recommended a tune up instead, since my gas milage is acceptable for a 19 year old. We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour. She personally arrived with David who got our tire patched and helped us get on our way safely. Probably a little pricy for the late night service but worth every penny to avoid getting the donut spare put on by AAA! Our car overheated with coolant everywhere, left the car there. It took them 3 days and they replaced the busted hose but they did Not investigate further. As a result we got stranded after 10 miles. Back to Tire Mart so they can see what happened. He said they tested the radiator (for blockage) three times and "it's not the radiator ", then insisted to keep it to "figure it out" again. It remained three for over 2 weeks with excuses such as : "we don't have enough mechanics" and "we tested everything and it's Ok". We felt helpless but we're not fools. After recommending to them to conduct a "pressure test " for the radiator and to check sensor and the water pump, their answer was that everything "seems Ok". Really??? We had the vehicle rolled back to Broward county, into the Nissan Dealership. We received an answer in 4 hours, it was the radiator. They said it's not only "blocked" but it was "rusted", along with the thermostat. These are things that they can see if they truly conducted the tests. I DO NOT trust them and I know I was lied to.

I asked one of the mechanics a rough wait time in which I was given two hours -- TWO HOURS to have 1 tire changed. They do not operate off priority not move the minute cases out the way. They go off their work order list. The customer service was fine however those that worked inside as far as check in and cashiers in the auto center showed no enthusiasm not gumption to get customers in and out. The lady next to me dropped her car off at 12:30 and did not receive it until 3:45. No one showed any sense of urgency. The staff acted as if it was as a bother and the line was extremely long. They left I assume at their clock out time regardless of whom was in line and how long it was. This was the worst tire ever experience I've had at a Walmart service center . I will further pursue that this center is evaluated and someone reaches out as far as a upper management on how expedite and productive this location is. I would not recommend. Pay a little more and go elsewhere if you are either on a time crunch or wanting a o not spend over 3 hours
