Very good service. Very kind and talkative but loud spoken which I didn't find rude. Just doing his job. I get it, working in the hot sun can be annoying. But overall amazing service, he was on time and explained to me how eveything worked. Like my leach line and stuff. It was very quick which I loved. He does his job well. Sure expensive but worth it. Very worth it. read more

An older man came to my grandmas house and just proceeded to pump out her septic tank without coming to her door and confirming it was the correct house(she did not know he was outside doing this). He then banged on the door and asked for her to pay $320. She then asked who called him to come do this and he said "i don't know some lady did" he was very rude and said "well I'm just going to put it back in." Which he did and continued to drive around the neighborhood. I don't know if this man is targeting older people to take advantage of them but I definitely would not do any business with this company. read more

Hand that came to the house was rude and refused to pump our septic tank because he had to back his truck between our shead and our house he came late and the space is 15 to 20 feet wide there was no risk to the truck or either building. And he came back after we had cleared it out again and it still wasn't clear enough for him. Over all bad experience with A1 septic. read more

I have been meaning to post this review for a few weeks now. One of your employees really took advantage of my elderly friend. He was with me when he called and set up the appointment. I heard my friend say "no rush on this". To which the man on the other end said "how about tomorrow?" He also gave a price of $300. The next day was Sunday so halfway through draining the septic tank he said "that will be an xtra 100 because it's Sunday" So my friend paid $400 in cash-no receipt. That was half of his monthly income! read more

I called their number to pay the invoice and I was told there's an additional tax, hidden fee of $21 for paying with check or money order and the amount on the invoice is for paying with cash only. The driver never mentioned the invoice was cash price or the additional charge neither did the receptionist when I requested service. That's the most expensive credit card fee or "additional tax" I have ever paid anywhere. Serrano won't get another chance to fleece me, I will take my business elsewhere.

I got home only to find the double paned slider had a broken jagged pane missing. I called to inform them it was the wrong slider and I would return it. They said ok. I drove down gave them the door looked around and couldn't find another complete door. They refused to refund me for the door despite not having another complete slider. I said I couldn't find anything else yet they refused to refund me accusing me of buying the broken door knowingly. They were rude and unwilling to refund me. They offered instore credit but they had nothing I could use. I'm in my 70s and I spoke with the owner and he said too bad he couldn't return my money. I've never been treated so poorly and they didn't care I live 21/2 hours away. Most of the inventory is in bad shape and they want top dollar. I pleaded with them to return my money but they insisted in store credit only. They knowly sold a broken door to an elderly man who drove five hours round trip and to returned it and refused to make it right. i Would be very Leary of their underhanded business practices. Doc
