The owner asked me how much my mother weighed and recommended a toilet seat that cost $70.00. Once my mother got discharged the day after, I realized the toilet seat was too small and immediately took it to the store to be exchanged. The old man who sold me toilet seat welcomed me back with a major attitude and asked me how I can help you like I was some sort of criminal. I explained to him that the toilet seat raise he sold me the day before was too small and needed a bigger one. He flat out told me that he doesn't accept returns and needed to leave his store. I told him I was never told about their return policies when I made the purchase. At that moment, he pointed out to a separate piece of paper that was attached to my receipt by the older lady who I believe to be his wife. I told him they have a very deceptive practice because they need to let their customers be aware items sold in their store are non-refundable and not just attaching a piece of paper in the receipts after the item is purchased without customers' knowledge. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything at Rose Pharmacy due to their dirty and deceptive practices. I was left with a useless item that ended costing me $70.00. See attached pictures.

If you need IV fluids of any kind or B12 injections this place is absolutely AMAZING! I underwent a…read moreprocedure on my stomach and was having a hard time keeping fluids down and was really dehydrated so my doctor recommended finding a place to get IV fluids when I came across Method Health. The staff was very friendly and welcoming I was able to call and get an appointment for IV fluids within the hour and had no wait time when I got there. The facility is super clean and modern and feels more like a day at the spa than anything else. The staff led me into a private room with two huge leather recliners that were super comfortable and started me on IV fluids. The room has a tv for watching Netflix and relaxing while you get your fluids and they come and check up on you and make sure your comfortable and feeling well. I've never received such service getting IV fluids it was great! They have a menu and do everything from regular IV fluids (like I was receiving) to IV fluids for hangovers and migraines and with B12 for extra energy and prices range depending on the service you receive. For a basic IV just to bring you back from dehydration cost $75 and they don't accept insurance. I had called Urgent Care in the morning and they made it impossible to come in for just IV fluids they wanted blood work done first and a referral and then to be examined by another doctor before getting the IV so this option was much quicker and so much more convenient than the hassle of dealing with Urgent Care especially when you are already so week from dehydration. Best $75 I spent it was relaxing and easy and in no time I was feeling much better! Highly recommend!
