They had to deal with very tight spaces and didn't miss a beat. I was very impressed. Special shout out to Gabriel Perdon. His knowledge and professionalism was the reason we chose to buy from Airco. Ashley. thanks for getting back to me. after purchasing a new 4 ton house a/c system 5 years ago…read moreI'm now out of luck? when first tech came he said he tested and it was capacitor. he replaced and then had a terminal blowout. 2nd tech confirmed warning was right. but a wire was loose off of capacitor. pictures? if that wire grounded out could that cause compressor to terminal blowout? also when 1st tech trouble shooter condenser he had 240 volts to disconnect. pulled disconnect to diagnose. tell me how he got a terminal blowout? the thermostat was in off. not on cooling. how would unit come on? I asked him this he said he could not manually close or open contractor cause it has a cover to protect it. unless contractor was faulty( which should have been checked/ along with compressor) before starting. he either bypassed low voltage to manually turn unit on or had a loose wire in my opinion to grind out compressor. this isn't a typical failure. unit should not have come on with thermostat off! explain please. also it's under warranty. but $2500 ton house a replace a warranty compressor too much. I have my 84 year old mother here and it's 96' in home. please help.
