At first it might have only been 2 as they only had 3 in stock, however Izzy was m able to get 1 from another location prior to my arrival giving me 4 new. The install was smooth and only took about an hour. Everyone was polite & professional and a warranty was available for an additional cost but well worth it based on full price. Their office is very clean and modern with some drinks available in the lobby. I brought my laptop and used their wifi while sipping on my drink. I forget the name of the owners but they did the work very efficiently and they were finished before I knew it. During the whole process they were very communicative which I appreciated. So far I've had the tint on my F150 for about three weeks and I could not be happier. Wife is no longer burning up in the passenger seat (main reason for getting a tint in the first place!) and she stays cool, which means everybody is happy. The repair was completed quickly, but within a couple of weeks the bumper started coming apart. I took it back and spoke to the store manager, Chad. He reluctantly attempted to fix it, but no matter what they did the bumper kept coming loose. Chad claimed the bumper would not fit properly because it was not OEM and said there was nothing they could do. The last time I brought it in I told him it still needed to be fixed but they refused to acknowledge it was their responsibility. At one point, Chad called the insurance company and claimed the damage was caused by a car wash, a complete lie, as the bumper failed within the first two weeks, and the car wash happened many months later. Fortunately, we had taken pictures documenting all the failures and sent them to the insurance company as proof. The insurer agreed that Caliber was at fault and required them to pay for a brand-new bumper and a rental car, which we had another shop install because Caliber cannot be trusted to do quality work.

When I returned, I was treated poorly and dismissed by a saleswoman based solely on how I looked. No greeting, no professionalism -- just an immediate attitude and refusal to help. I then called the original salesman I had spoken with, who confirmed our appointment for the test drive. When I arrived at the agreed time, he greeted me with a grin and told me he had sold the car -- the same car I had been discussing with them for days and had a verbal appointment to buy. This dealership clearly does not value honesty, communication, or basic respect. If you expect professionalism or integrity, look elsewhere. Terrible experience at H&H Tire and Auto. When I told him I would be leaving one, he went further , saying he'd comment things about me that weren't even true. That's not just disrespect -- that's intimidation. He also texted me claiming, "I would generally be willing to beat any written offer you bring in from another dealer by at least $200." Another lie. When I presented valid offers from other dealers, he didn't even take a second look , just launched into a rehearsed spiel. This dealership operates on lies, arrogance, and intimidation. They wasted my time, insulted my intelligence, and tried to convince me to let them sell my car through consignment after the bait and switch. If you value honesty and basic decency, avoid this place at all costs.
