This was creating a huge problem as my wife is highly allergic to bees. How they were able to find the hive is a mystery to me. Avoid this business. It's apparent they just don't care…read more Really disappointed Active bought out Allgood. We used Allgood for 13 years for pests, termites, rodents and mosquitoes. They were customer oriented and we were always happy with them. Since Active bought them out, we have only had problems. They don't answer their phone. They don't return calls. They don't respond to emails (other than an auto reply saying "we got your email"). They are never in the office (We've gone by Brunswick office multiple times M-F during business hours and it's always locked up). They don't get customer input prior to scheduling appointments, and completely IGNORE input re: appointment dates that customers ATTEMPT to give them via email or voice mail. They just send an email out the DAY BEFORE they intend to arrive, which is NOT the day you requested. Very aggravating.
