I am writing this review to put in a good word for the great folks at Liberty Fix It. John the…read moreowner, Mike one of his employees and his wife April who works running the office exceeded our expectations. In a world where its often hard to find good professional, skilled people to work on your home, they are a refreshing company to do business with. Reminds me of the good old days when you looked a person in the eye, shook their hand and that was that. Your word was your bond. My wife and I own a house and I noticed some rain rot under the vinyl siding.I gave them a call and they came out a few days later. They also sent texts of who was coming out and an ETA time window. Found out it was only the OSB board. They arranged a time the next day to come out and repair it. Sure enough just like they said they came out and finished the work and now we are good to go. I had used the company before when it had a different name because of the quality work they did. So when I called John explained he had bought the company and was the new owner. Well suffice it to say that are even better. They not only are skilled and knowledgeable but very professional utilizing cell phone contacts to keep customers informed. In closing I would add that to me as one who grew up with the older ways, that a persons word to me means every thing. A lot of folks these days in businesses seem to have forgotten that but John hasn't and this is what makes his company shine. I wholeheartedly recommend Liberty Fix It. In a world where people will say all kinds of things to sell something or offer their services John at Liberty Fix it grew up like I did where your word is who you are.

Things started off good with Joe and his crew but when all was said and done he left us with…read moreseveral issues that we ended up having to spend extra money on to resolve. We spent over $75K for his services and in the end he just stopped returning my texts. The three biggest issues he left us with, were a washing machine that drained straight into our crawl space and onto a wooden beam that supported the house, a spot in our flooring that gave in when you walked on it that he assured me he fixed (we live over 2 hours from the home he was renovating and took him at his word on this) and an air conditioning unit that didn't work after construction was done that we later found out after hiring an HVAC guy was a broken wire from the thermostat to the unit that wasn't broken before construction started. We ended up having to run a whole new line to the unit to fix the issue. In time and money we probably spend an extra $1000 to fix these issues and there are still a few smaller things that need attention but that we cannot get to right now. All and all we just weren't satisfied with the quality of work for the amount we spent. BTW, he has changed the name of his business from URC to Universal Interiors Remodel

Due to the extensive amount of water many if us experienced recently (2025), we wanted to have our Heat Pump/Air unit checked before we started it this year (our basement had a large amount of water) Air Care was here for us in a very short amount of time and they took care of everything for us, over and above what they would have needed to do, AND at an extremely reasonable price. Seth was our Technician and we appreciated his attention to detail, thank you sir!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Air Care if you need this type of service; in my opinion, I don't know how any company could exceed the quality and value they provide.... no hype, just the honest truth!

I asked him if the…read moreleak from the basement ceiling was caused by the AC too as the plumber didn't give me a satisfactory explanation. Mr. Lovall was so helpful. After checking to make sure it's not caused by the AC, he checked bathtub place & patiently showed me where the water could leak from, where the bathtub is situated if I looked from the basement up. He showed me the possible material, its name, where to find it, to seal the leaking place. Not many people did an extra thing like this for customers especially when it doesn't relate to their duties. Also he was very polite, patient & nice when answering my questions & concerns. I talked to quite many technicians, plumbers from ID to OH & now KY, Mr. Lovall is of the few most helpful, professional & nicest ones. (I talked on the phone with Mrs. Carla - the receptionist twice. She was very nice too!). I definitely recommend this company to any one!

I ended up calling 3 roofing contractors. All Tite lead in ratings a reviews. All Tite showed up right after the phone call. They got up on the roof and explained what they saw. Shortly after that Tracy showed up and walked me thru the process, understanding my insurance company wasn't assisting. Anyone else I had spoken to felt like they were prioritizing insurance claims not damage. (One man's opinion) I had to go to a week training and Tracy promised to get it done. At this point he'd built enough trust with me so I completed my training and returned to a new roof !! Along the way they assisted me in over and above questions and worries, very patient for sure. Such great work I decided to get new gutters and guards added. Well done and grateful!
