I had A1 do a job for me and everything went very well. I would hire them again. They are really good.

Having order a new bracket for the Ring Doorbell because the one I had was so tight I could not get it detached from the wall when it needed to be recharged, they operate off a battery. When Johnsons put in the new bracket, he let me try it but then took it, off the wall saying something about the screws. I wasn't sure what he was. referring to and because I recently had a mini stoke wasn't up to standing there so trusting them to do what they do I didn't say too much and went back in. They had also removed the one on the front door to change it to the backdoor. I felt confident that the job was done properly. however, that wasn't the case. I checked both door bells a couple of days. later as I was getting notices that one needed the battery to be recharged and that's where the problem started. When I tried to get the doorbell away from the bracket it had been done in such away it was impossible for me to get it released after it was worked on a little more when I stepped away. They were told this was the reason a new bracket needed to be put in because the old one would not release from the wall. After I couldn't get it from the wall to recharge, I called and the lady who took the work order for that visit made an appointment for them to come out that next Tuesday and try to fix it for me. Not only did not show up for the appointment they have not answered any of my calls to ask why they had not returned. For the $200.00 it cost for the 1/2 hours' worth of work I paid without question you would think they would not have left it in such a state it made it even harder to detach then it did before the work was done. I can't recommend Johnson's Electric for this kind of effort and lack of answering the calls when they told me before leaving if I had any issues to call and they would take care of the problem but instead no respond. I have a muscle disorder similar to ALS so the strength in my hands is not normal and knowing this and being left in such a state was totally unprofessional as well as costly.

First, these people told me they looked at the gutter and he had no issues, so they'd charge $35 to write the letter. Then, after multiple attempts to contact them/get them to call me back, some guy randomly shows up at my door, unannounced and says he's here to look at the gutter. I show him the two little sections of gutter that needed inspected and he said they were fine. Then he said "just to make the inspector happy, I'll try and adjust the angle a bit. He removed 4 screws, pounded a little with his hand, and 5 mins later said "so, I assume you agreed to the quote". I ask what quote? He then told me I was being charged $139. I was dumbfounded, but I held my tongue. I was never told he was coming over. I was never told I'd be charged $139 for literally doing nothing. I was told they'd write me a letter for $35. Oh and I had to keep harassing them just to get the letter, even after paying that absurd amount, which they send me a BS email with two lines saying they looked at it. This company is owned by a retired CSM. I hope he's proud to be ripping off other veterans. If he doesn't know, then I hope he reads this and fires the crooks that work for him. I'll take this review down, if they refund me and only charge the $35 they initially promised or at least return a far portion back, since they know they took advantage of someone needing a letter of inspection, in order to close on their house.
