I'm sure they could make the classics, but we just told them what we wanted - something served up, a short or a long drink, or any combination of fruity, dry, smooth, acidic, or dairy-forward. No matter what mixture of flavor notes and finishes we threw, they delivered. And they adjusted drinks to our request as we sipped. The mixologists' English is great, too, so don't worry about not being understood.
