The items are priced very low- almost shockingly low. There is a misses section and a full figure section. There is only one dressing room which doubles as a restroom so that is a bit odd. The owners are super friendly humble people and value each person that walks in the door. The employees are always so courteous and will ensure they've done everything to help you. They're doing a lot of things right and don't need all the fancy-ness to keep their doors open. That alone tells you they're doing something right!
