DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They promised to reimburse me for fraudulent charges of over $2000 and we agreed they would set up a monthly payment plan where they would pay me $200 monthly. The owner then ghosted me and did not return any calls or correspondence. Several other fellow realtor's experienced the same situation with fraudulent charges being made to their accounts as well. read more

I have requested pictures for real estate listings from this company and time and time again the delivery of those pictures were late,delayed to where my sellers started to doubt my ability to deliver on my promises to them. I was a client of this company for a long time and ordered many times pictures from them and it ended up being as they took my money and refuse now to answer any calls of texts. I did not receive my last set of pictures as of today thou I was promised they would send them over in 40 min.Time is of the essence in Real Estate but not for this guys. read more

Please use someone else and not 95 Shoot. They first sent me the pictures of the wrong piece of land. Then promised to take pictures of the correct piece of land. I paid on June 25 2025 and its now September 5 2025. I still don't have the correct pictures. Will not recommend them at all. read more

Once you pay good luck getting what you want. It takes days or weeks to get response from them if at all. I paid for aerial photos in December with the option for Aerial Survey Border Lines. Did not get any photos until February with no border lines and the photos received were mostly the neighbor's property. They promised to re-take them and provide border lines but it is now April and they have not done anything and have stopped responding. read more

Run! Photographer didn't have a device to open MLS lock boxes so I had to meet him at the property. Showed up an hour late to the shoot. Poor quality photos delivered days after the property went under contract. Ordered and paid for virtual staging but never received that at all. Worst vendor I've worked with in a 25 year career. Won't answer emails, or voicemails while you're wondering why you don't have your photos. Epic failure. read more

Threatens to cancel appointment if you do not pay upfront. Promotes 24 hour turnaround. Did not recieve photos until 3 days later. Does not communicate with clients, won't answer phone mailbox always full?!?! Once photos recieved I had to reformat/resize all 32 to be able to load on MLS the ones they sent are not compatible. Photos were taken on Tuesday and supposed to be delivered Wednesday. The photos did not show up on Wednesday. I called Thursday morning into Friday and no answer. I called several more times and sent several texts as well. Calls and texts were ignored. I was completely ghosted. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company to get my money back. I paid the same day photos were taken. This company is the absolute worse. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

95Shoot of San Antonio = Epic failures! Did not deliver what was promised. Paid $$$ for their top package deal. Photographer did not confirm appointment prior to arrival. Took over 2 weeks to get all the photos = major setback putting our property on the market. Never got the full drone aerial shot of our entire property. The ones they included were wrong and blurry too! Had to repeatedly ask and finally gave up. Their supposed digitally enhanced photos were hideous - looked so fake, that I had to edit them myself. Never got what we paid for... no digitally enhanced twilight pics, etc. Just learned all the pics and 3D matterport tour suddenly disappeared from the MLS! No wonder nobody was calling for weeks! They wanted more $$$ for the 3D tour to be extended on a their link they control and did not disclose they now have a 30 day subscription for it. Very bait and switch. Feels like a money grab. So disappointed and stressed out. Buyers beware! read more
