There are so many artists from the 70s that you do not play. living on a prayer is not cutting it anymore. Now that I'm in LA, I don't actually listen to WMMR anymore, and most good radio stations here have been converted to top 40 stations. Le sigh.

Same goes for Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Matchbox20, and Macy Gray. Really enough already. A variety genre station should play more and newer variety, not the same old songs over and over again. Changes to all Christmas too early, sometimes even by early November, just to keep a leg up on the big money stations. Makes too big a todo about naming every single song that plays, but does so with a female robot rather than with a live voice 90% of the time.
