Carolyn just represented me as a buyer of a newly renovated home in St. Roch, and while I would…read morehave expected the transaction to be very smooth given that the home had had extensive work, the deficiencies found in the home inspection were many and quite material. Since this was to be a cash sale, we had pegged a closing date less than 4 weeks from the contract date. In that period, Carolyn managed the home inspection and appraisal process and then negotiated the repairs to be performed on behalf of the seller. In that process, she secured contractors and bids, provided contracts for the work to the seller, and personally oversaw the work and the reinspection. It was a huge mound of work and 100 critical details. Even when it appeared that the deal might be in jeopardy, Carolyn was undaunted and found contractor work-arounds and made special arrangements for overtime work. She pulled off an absolute miracle in getting all the deficiencies corrected and the closing completed on schedule. After the close, she's managed a punch list of lesser issues, finding professionals to knock through the list methodically and cost-effectively. I've truly never seen such diligence, professionalism and dogged determination in a realtor. And further, throughout the process, she was instantly responsive and in constant communication with both sides. I recommend Carolyn with a firm promise that she will deliver for you, whether she represents you as a buyer or a seller!
