There are good Turkish cheeses, local figs, lots of fruits and vegetables, which takes up most of the breakfast buffet, an a cook who prepares a hot omelette - and the waiters squeezing a few oranges - so a glass of fresh juice is on the table. I hold personally much of this place - and I stay here every time I'm in town.

There was an overpriced minibar that I would avoid. The staff was helpful and spoke fluent English. There's an indoor pool and a restaurant but I didn't use either. The executive lounge on the 30th floor is nice. The internet in my room was quite fast though I think a bit pricey. There are many many restaurants and stores within walking distance of this hotel. I think this place is expensive by Izmir standards but inexpensive by US standards. There are other nice hotels in the area that might also be worth checking out. But I would likely stay here again because I can't really think of any reasons not to.

Maybe skip the breakfast if it's not included in your room fee, and then just pay for it when you get there instead.
