I would not hesitate to recommend William to any of my friends and family for family photos. We met…read morelast weekend and just got our pictures back and we are absolutely thrilled with how beautiful they came out and how natural they look - these are something we will treasure forever. Because he is so kind and warm, the kids decided to be best friends with him right away which made getting happy shots so easy. When we first decided on William, he has all new clients sign a standard contract. I noticed that it was also a release for permission to have the photos on his website (to help future clients see his photography style) - but because I am on the paranoid side, I asked to have that tiny clause struck out - and he could not have been more helpful and gracious about it to respect our privacy. He was also extremely helpful - recommending best times of day for the best light, clothing suggestions, location recs, etc, etc. We also had a "bargain" package from a deal site and I didn't realize until after I purchased that the pictures were only medium-resolution - but we have the option of paying a little more per picture to upgrade to high-resolution. I just checked to see how the pictures would look in a photo-card and the resolution was only an issue for a 5x7 card (or larger) with a single image. With all other cards - smaller cards and cards that used multiple images, the medium resolution images worked just fine. For me, this works well - I get a deal, can print beautiful pictures myself for my photo album, and still make Christmas cards with them. And if I decide I must get a poster size of my favorite, I just send William a request and a small upcharge and it's done. Thanks William for a wonderful experience! We love our family pictures!

We aren't the most photogenic people and the shots felt very forced. At times he seemed to stop to look for ideas on his phone which was fine but at times it took quite a while. As far as delivery of proofs, online gallery and the USB drive he missed every single deadline, every revised deadline and every "tomorrow" deadline he set. The images are "meh" and we are happy with about 6 out of the 75+ that we received. Highlights: We actually got the images (for a long while it looked like we may not) and Groupon refunded part of the cost of the package. 6 photos we like! We learned to ask a lot more questions with the photographer we hire for our wedding day!

From first contact to receiving our pictures, Tory has exceeded our expectations. He is extremely talented, professional, and organized. He has a fantastic eye and manages to capture moments of sweet emotion that make for unforgettable photos. Our photos look beautiful and special, but also natural and not overly filtered. Tory was familiar with our photo shoot location and knew what shots he wanted to capture and where. He wasted no time! Tory also has a playful side and a definite knack for working with children. Our two year old did not feel like smiling on the morning of our session, yet Tory found a way to make her laugh while taking pictures. Many photographers would have gotten discouraged or frustrated, but Tory persevered with a great attitude and connected with our daughter. I truly could not have asked for more. As a cherry on top, Tory's prices are amazingly reasonable. This is a huge plus, since we want to frame many of these incredible pictures. Overall, , I cannot recommend Tory and his work enough! He takes pictures that you will cherish for decades to come. Contact him and see for yourself. We are very happy to say that we have found our family photographer.

I encountered Oliver during a friend's wedding when he was first starting out and basically went from pursuing his hobby to a profession. I couldn't help but observe him as he was standing and aiming from several angles, some of which were quite unorthodox but, I figured he's the one with the camera! During the reception, I got to talking with him and exchanged cards with him as I told him I could possibly list him as a vendor for my place of business. When I finally got to see my friends wedding pictures, I was blown away, the images were awesome. Not just the angles but the lighting and the quality. I have to say the candid pictures were the best, which I'm glad Oliver was able to capture, as it shows people in their natural state. Shortly after the wedding, Oliver relocated to the Sacramento area with his family, I didn't hear from him again until recently I found his fan page on Facebook. Since then, Oliver has done some creative work, not just for weddings but also, family portraits, events. etc. The business is now a family affair as I believe his wife is his co-photographer. If you're in the need of a photographer for whatever event you may be hosting, give Oliver a call! He'd be the photographer my wedding for sure, if it ever becomes legal in California. :)

My husband and I met with many companies and photographers but couldn't find the quality we were looking for until we discovered his work--it felt like art: natural, timeless, and beautifully composed. Charles photographed our engagement session at a local park, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning. We received countless compliments on our wedding website and invitations. He was creative, professional, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. He guided us with poses, helped us feel confident, and knew exactly how to capture our best angles. This meant so much to us, especially since my husband and I are usually camera-shy and not comfortable with romantic poses. Before the wedding, Charles met with us to review logistics and shared helpful insights that made the day run seamlessly. Our family loved him and appreciated how efficiently he organized and captured all of our group photos. The results speak for themselves--our wedding pictures look like they came straight out of a professional magazine. The candid dance floor shots were incredible, and we were amazed by how many genuine moments he captured without us even noticing. His attention to detail in editing is outstanding. Charles was such a huge help during the wedding, offering advice, coordinating smoothly with our vendors, and ensuring everything went perfectly. We never felt stressed and fully trusted him to work his magic. It was such a thoughtful surprise to receive preview photos the day after the wedding. We truly appreciate his hard work, professionalism, and dedication to making our day unforgettable. From our engagement session to our wedding, our experience with Charles was exceptional!

Inquiry and booking: I was referred to Danny by a friend and decided to contact him. He was very responsive and sent us his profolio to show his shooting style right away. Next thing I knew, we were scheduling our sessions. He was very accommodating to our schedule. Communication prior to the photoshoot: I am a little control freak so I shared some inspiration photos that I like and expressed what styles I want. Danny listened patiently and actually made note of it. Day of photoshoots: Danny was super punctual and was ready to roll when we arrived. The photoshoots were very relaxed and fun. He encouraged me especially to express my feeling to this pregnancy and captured the most natural emotion. He also gave us great tips for poses. He is very professional yet easy going. Photos: Danny delivered the images earlier than his estimated complete date. Our maternity pictures came out to be better than what I asked for (coming from a control freak, yup). Not only we have all the styles we like, he captured something even more beautiful along the journey because he had great understanding of my style. We are absolutely satisfied and love the maternity photos. Husband and I are so grateful that Danny was able to help us capture this once in a life time event for being first time parents.
