With a looming deadline for my U.S. passport renewal, my family member and I enter this business and obtained two set of photos each, respectively total $18.36. I wish I wore some makeup and styled my hair. My concern is my weary appearance. Briefly, I felt I was taking either my high school or college yearbook portraits all over again. "Tilt your head this way, don't smile too much showing your teeth. Tilt your head again! Passport photos must look natural." The photographer uses a digital SLR camera and photos are color printed in your presence. Efficient, but not cheap. Nota Bene: A standard U.S. passport photo size must be exactly 2 in. X 2 in. (51 mm X 51 mm). Digital versions must be 600 X 600 pixels. Business cards are available for grabs. This business is fluent in Mandarin and English. Despondently, I did not hear any Cantonese.

Because the front and back weren't aligned in the same direction for double-sided printing, the clerk said they needed to reprint it and would charge an extra $1, which I reluctantly accepted. Then they turned around and said they had quoted the price wrong and that it was actually $1 per side. This is absolutely outrageous and beyond ridiculous!!! Doing business like this is really shameless. People who lack basic ethics will eventually be dealt with by karma.

He guided me and made suggestions. He was patient and efficient. After taking my photos they were printed in less than a 5 minute turnaround time and the gentleman showed me the final results for my seal of a approval. Photos came out perfect and he packed them in a very cute envelope for safe keeping. It's a $20 minimum if you want to pay with card so cash was the best option for me. The gentleman also gave me an adorable notepad for free, which I thought was the cherry on top! Who doesn't love freebies? Thank you Bell Printing for such an easy breezy time.
