I was the only customer in the retail section. Finally older man (70's) came up. Never greeted me…read morein any fashion. I had a hose in my hand,the only thing he said was "I can't help you. You need to go around to our showroom" I got in my car to drive to their showroom that had no customers either. No one to wait on customers if they did. I found a woman sitting behind a desk in the very back. She asked the brand of the faucet the hose went to. I didn't know. She asked if I had a picture of it and I didn't. She let me know they were like a plumbing "boutique". If it were a common brand that comes from places like Lowe's she would not have it. I called my husband who had some of the information but just before offering her the additional information she told me it didn't matter anyway because she didn't have it in stock. Duh! She got up and walked away so I left. There was a woman coming in as I was leaving. She had a hose too. I started to offer her some advice but didn't. This place sucked! I will never go back, everyone working there must be really unhappy about something!

The fertilizer i bought last year performed MUCH better than Scotts ever has, and at a lower price. I prefer this store over Lowes or Home Depot. Tks!
