Excellent in every way! Gino Is Incredible! And so are the rest of the gents! These folks are amazing! I had surgery and could not manage my trash removal. They not only fixed a major embarrassing issue for me, but took time to ensure my space and the space of my apartment building was cleaner than they found it. They did such an awesome job the first time, I have had them back 4 consecutive times to help me. 5+stars!! read more

Gino and Mike are great. They came and Demo'd my front and hauled it all away. They showed up on time and were reasonably priced. I will use them again read more

833JunkJet - Demo'd front yard concrete - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

These guys were on-time, friendly, professional and down-to-earth while completing the job efficiently. I was recovering from surgery and unable to lift heavy things while moving. They cleared out a room in my house and most of my garage, letting me know the price shifts as we went along, so I could decide if I wanted to pay more to have them take more stuff. It goes up in approximately 100 dollar increments - and is exactly what they state on their site. I also gave them some new items since they have a donation program. Strong. Quick. Reliable. Black-owned Bay Area. Great job! read more

The owner was dishonest. He charged us a 5% credit card fee even though we paid in cash. After promising to return the fee in cash, no one ever showed up. After we dumped two rolled rugs, they deliberately charged us an extra $70 for a mini stool and a tire without any explanation. I now know why the owner avoided giving me a clear quote before coming. read more

A pleasure to work with. They were in and out with a load of items to mostly fill a truck in about 35 minutes. Courteous and precise.

You know that pile of junk in your yard that is super embarrassing and you wonder every day why you keep procrastinating and don't just get someone to haul it away? Well, let me tell you, these guys will end your ongoing shame and self-loathing in fewer than 24 hours. Don't pass go, don't collect $200, send them a message right in the app! You don't even have to call! I sent a message toward the close of business hours and within a few hours I had an appointment scheduled for the next day! I couldn't be happier. The crew was super friendly and pleasant, and didn't even seem to mind dealing with my junk. They were masked up and did all the COVID stuff, and even laughed at my jokes. My jokes aren't funny, so they're good actors as well. I found the prices quite reasonable. Consider the time and hassle to borrow a truck, load your garbage that has been sitting in the yard for a year (gross!), drive to the dump, unload, the whole disgusting process. Not to mention your Saturday is shot at that point. And the dump fees are pretty much highway robbery. Save yourself some aggravation and get your junk dealt with tomorrow! read more

Hired them via Thumbtack. Great guys. Very professional and reliable. Comes with a price but worth it.

I used Dump Pro twice. They did excellent work on both jobs. I called and sent a message with a picture to show the stuff I need to haul away. Within an hour I had an appointment scheduled next day with an estimated price. They came on time and did real quick job, cleaned the area before they leave and price were reasonable. Derek Communicated well with me through phone call and text messages. They are very professional to get job done. I will definitely hire them again. read more

As a business owner, I always look at other businesses and how they operate. Derek and his wife are true professionals and very reliable and their actions stand by every word. They helped me in a crunch to get something hauled away and they communicated regarding time, etc...and they make sure that I was taking care of. True professionals!! Thanks again! read more

These guys work hard! They came quickly, presented a very fair price, and took the materials fast. I plan to use these guys again and if you haven't used these guys to take your junk, you should! read more

They were excellent! They came picked up my junk and cleaned out the area where my junk was at. I recommend them 100%!

833 Dump Pro quoted me a great price, responded quickly and professionally, and was able to come quickly to remove our old spa. Other companies quoted higher, were going to take a month to come out, and needed a wide area to remove the spa. 833 Dump Pro took our spa apart and were able to fit through our gate. They were very responsive, on time, and highly professional. The actual owner came out to do the work. They are trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. read more

I hired 833 Dump Pro to help clear out some old items from my home. They removed an old piano, old materials left over from a home remodel including several rolls of old carpet. The staff was professional and friendly, and in addition to providing a great service this company also has very reasonable rates. I highly recommend 833 Dump Pro and will definitely hire them again. read more

I sent this to get a quote, "- wood entertainment cabinet 78x78x34 - no stairs, double front doors easy walk through". RESPONSE: Hello my name is Derek. I work for 833 Dump Pro. Our company charges by the space the items take up in the truck. From the description sounds like it could possibly be the minimum charge. We have an availability today 11/2 between 9-10am and available tomorrow 11/3 between 11-1 or 1-3. Derek Robinson (408)593-8286 Operations Manager Minimum Charge: $100 ACTUAL CHARGE: $243 Assessment: My wife was there not me so Derek took advantage of the situation. We added some stuff but it would all fit in the cabinet and take not extra space, but I expected an extra charge over the minimum, maybe $150, not 2.5 times quote. I had a ton of junk - boxes, old couches, etc. - and got the special they offered on Angie's List. They called and scheduled my pick-up without me having to chase them down. They showed up on time, they were super professional, very clean (one of the guys even blew the leaves and dirt off my driveway when they were done!) and I didn't have to do anything except point to the stuff I wanted them to get rid of. I will definitely use them again! read more

Hired them during my last move for some furniture removal. Excellent communication and the whole arrangement was set up and completed very quickly. Would absolutely hire again for the next time. read more

Dump Pro's San Jose team is Awesome!!!!! I too would give more than 5 stars if I could. They help me clear out some very large and full spaces - clinic, warehouse and office space quickly. They are very reliable, professional and just overall a great group of hard working guys. I don't think I'd bother even getting bids from others. They were amazing and went above and beyond! Thanks Derek and team! read more

Awesome service, came out fast, did all the heavy loading, left my place spotless and price was well worth it! Also saved me a bunch of time from doing it myself. Thanks for the hard work fellas! Dump Pro is the way to go! read more

Do not even hesitate... These are the guys you want to haul your junk away. Derek and Mike did an amazing job, super-fast, super friendly and the prices are unbeatable. Came wearing masks and gloves (really important during the Shelter-In-Place) and had an awesome attitude and demeanor. Would hire them again and again. Cleaned up after the job, and left our space in perfect condition. Their communication before and during was perfect. True professionals who get the job done! read more

Derek was on time and really professional and got my couch and had some great advice for me too! Would recommend!

Excellent work. They hauled away old [heavy] tree trunks for us and even cleaned up the pieces of bark and raked the pathway. They were responsive, worked quickly, and left my yard in pristine condition. read more

Watch their pricing...they will get you. High quality but they will get themselves on your job with a low bid then by the time they leave you will be shocked. I saw a 300% increase from initial bid to final job and I was clear, sent pictures and was robust in description. No matter the junk is gone and they were professional and timely read more

Big guys doing heavy work! Over decades, Mom's backyard got crowded with a broke down hot tub, a crumbling gazebo, a big ass pest infested shed with had decades of worthless junk in it, and a giant 10' satellite dish. Derek the Ops Manager gave it to me straight, $595 a truckload, including labor. These beasts tore all the that junk down with a quickness, slicing up and carrying off everything we pointed to. Skinny, weak guys couldn't do this work. They lifted biggest pieces the pieces OVER the fence and tossed heavy stuff to the back of the dump truck like The Rock throws villains in the movies. They even cleaned up all the nastiness that accumulated under the shed. (Mom, your cat didn't run away. ) AND they're really nice. Oh, they completed the work for $1,000 to $1,500 LESS than other quotes I received off Yelp. So tip 'em good! You want these guys on your team! Thanks fellas! read more

My service was awesome. I sent an email late in the evening and Derek responded in 2 hours with my requested time. The guys were amazing. They were very professional, explained the cost and clean up my wood debris and garage. When I noticed something later to be hauled aeay, it was no problem. Will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to all my friends. read more

These guys are awesome. Friendly, professional, quick, and on time. I will only use 833 Dump Pros!

If you're into DIY home projects, and you've got old laminate flooring you want to get rid of, hire 833 Dump Pro. We removed and installed new flooring in the entire house. Left with ~1500 sq. ft. of old laminate floor planks & 13 slabs of old wardrobe sliding doors (heavy stuff, solid wood door slabs) sitting in our backyard waiting to be disposed. We inquired at least 7 other companies & they would only provide an estimate onsite, and was told laminate flooring are charged differently due to their weight. We are aware that it is hard to estimate from the pictures we sent. Long story short, 833 Dump Pro was the only service I found that charge is by amount of space the items took, not weight of the items. If you handled laminate flooring, you'd know how heavy a case (~28 sq ft) laminate would be. I worked with Derek back in May. We communicated mostly over Yelp messaging, he was always prompt and professional in his replies. 833 Dump Pro price was most competitive and we could not be more pleased. Derek & 1 crew came over on time, they were quick despite the heavy loads. They also got creative and used my trash & recycling bins to transport the loose laminate planks from our backyard to the drive way where their truck was parked. Entire job took about 3/4 of their truck load. They cleaned up the backyard after the job was done. I would hire Derek and his crew again in the future, and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Thank you Derek & team! read more

Fast, efficient and on time. They help moved everything with ease. We would hire Derek and his team again.

I had a hard time getting them to leave! Quite literally, after I'd told them "no" over and over again and they still kept on babbling, I finally had to tell them to LEAVE (and had to do that three times)! Yet, they're now trying to say they refused the load. I suppose another lie or two doesn't bother rip-off artists like these. They're also forgetting I have written records of my communications with the owner, Derek, showing that I was fine with $200/cubic yard. 833 Dump Pro = FAIL! read more

I just had a fantastic experience with teo two professionals from Dump Pro! They came the same day were on time, worked swiftly and the price was the best of all the companies I looked into. I would highly recommend their services! read more

Amazing service, great team, professional! Tried other services and definitly would choose these guys over all the rest. The quote was spot on and they did an excellent job read more

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I was moving earlier this year and what the Salvation Army and other non-profits didn't want or couldn't use, I needed to get rid of. It was going to be a lot of stuff, like, A LOT. I used 833 Dump Pro and they made what is a normally stressful situation (e.g., moving) a non-stress event. How often does that happen?! I perused the available options for hauling online and reached out to a few different service providers for hauling, requested quotes and availability. 833 Dump Pro was not only the most flexible with their availability but their pricing was reasonable AND their responses were prompt, clear and professional. So I reached out to them not once, but TWICE to help me. Here's what I experienced: 1) They communicated when they were leaving from San Jose and gave me an expected arrival time. 2) Even though they were coming from San Jose up to Alameda, they were on time, not a minute late. 3) They assessed the volume of what needed to be hauled and provided a quote before loading. (No added charges for the drive up from San Jose!) 4) They were quick, efficient and conscientious (meaning, no damage to any walls while moving the large bulky objects). 5) They kept to their quote and I could see that the haul was *packed* 6) They are friendly! Highly recommend 833 Dump Pro. Thanks again, Guys!! read more

I worked with Derek and had an excellent experience. They were prompt in responding both during the initial contact over email and the during the day of the haul. They were fast and efficient at removal, cordial to work with, and I found the service itself to be reasonably priced. I had a small job that didn't take too much planning, but nonetheless they were able to haul my items the very next morning after I contacted them. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Derek and the team are great to work with. Quick and responsive. Has the equipment to pickup whatever you've got.

These guys were awesome , professional , well mannered and kind ! I was impressed with how they cleaned up afterwards because I had to have them haul away a broken refrigerator. They were also the cheapest dump remover that I found online. I highly recommend them! Also I called on Saturday and they came on Monday. And they called ahead of time which is always very helpful to know and they gave me a two hour window. Helpful! Truly recommend them!! read more

Derek and Lorina responded to my request for a quote, came by for free to check out what I had, and gave me a reasonable price. We got our couch, fireplace insert, and other junk hauled away immediately, and painlessly. The fireplace insert was heavy, and I wouldn't have been able to deal with it on my own. Thanks Derek and Lorina for the great service! read more

I used dump pro last weekend and I am so glad that I used them. They arrived promptly at my house and was able to negotiate an awesome price to get rid of unwanted items that been sitting in my garage and backyard for months. The best part was that they offered to do the job immediately. They were professional and courteous and exceeded my expectations! Thank you Gino and Louise for the awesome job and I will definitely use their service again in the near future! read more

The price was what they quoted me over the phone. They arrived on time and the overall service was terrific. Would definitely recommend!
