It was a fiasco and ultimately, we asked Davis Tile to remove the tops and refund our money because of poor fabrication (miters for waterfall on island were off, over 1/16" gap at cabinets, under mount sink cutout was not squared off like sink), Stoneworks stepped in on a recommendation from a former employee that we met and Barbara Kent worked with us to get quote and pricing and order material quickly. Within 3 weeks or so, we had new countertops and island with waterfall. Shannon, a former employee of Davis Tile, lead the install and he and his crew did a magnificent job getting everything just right and on time. I highly recommend you contact them if you need new countertops - they are the best!

You would think if your contractor gives them the measurements your cabinet needs to be and you order something that is not the same measurement that the contractor gave them they would contact you and make sure the cabinet would fit if the measurements were off. They will not contact you!! Took them forever to send correct cabinet. Cabinets were sent wrapped in cardboard and shrink wrap exposing cabinet doors which were damaged during shipment .One was complety cracked and one had gouges in it! When I contacted David he said he would send some stain to fix the gouges never did. Still waiting on replacement door since April!! I would not recommend sending payment in full or even ordering from this company. The will not take care of you once they get their money. Apparently they are not good at customizing either!!!! Very Disappointed!!! Does not derserve even one star!
