I really wanted to support a small business for our wedding invitations. I regretted this decision…read morealmost immediately! At first, Mallory was very responsive and seemed very willing to help. WRONG! This order was a complete nightmare. Literally brought me to tears! During the proof process she sent me proofs with grammar errors and even got our wedding date wrong. Despite my efforts to communicate and be as detailed as possible. She'd reply with questions previously answered in past emails for additional proofs and explained the order had exceded the complimentary proofs. I felt that I had to settle with design due to lack of communication by her. I later received a message from Etsy that our order was moved due to address (Left no address). I messaged her immediately and feared our invitations may be lost. Mallory was no longer responsive and left me in the dark. She replied back 5 DAYS LATER. During that time I took it upon MYSELF to call every USPS and UPS on my tracking status in hope I can drive there and pick them up personally. My invitations were officially lost with no help from the seller. When she finally decided to have time to reply at her convenience she simply requested for me confirm my address and said it should be returned by usps and she will ship back like no BIG DEAL. NO URGENCY! I was expecting an update from her due to the unfortunate situation, but didn't hear back from her AGAIN. I found myself having to message her 10 days later and all she gave me was let me reach back out to usps and get back to you. At what point was she going to offer to reprint and just resend a new order? I quickly realized she wasn't if I didn't ask her to. I couldn't believe this request had to even be made by myself and not offered to make this right after her mistake of not sending our order to the right address. She finally agreed to resend our invitations almost one month later. We were so behind on our RSVP's and had to send out a blast message to try and get our guest count in time. In the end, we finally received our invitations and she took such an exciting time to drop them off to our guests to a negative one. As a bride you have a million things to worry about and you'd think as a business in the wedding industry they would handle these orders with more care. This was the most stressful inconvenience during my wedding planning experience. I'm giving one star because I have to. I hope this review helps a future bride and saves them a headache.

I hate to complain, but this location totally failed us. The staff were very friendly and…read moreapologetic, but they really couldn't help, and that's a problem. We needed to get a document printed. Everything is completely automated. My daughter and I tried to figure it out, and couldn't. We asked for help, which took more time because we have to wait in line, which is ok and to be expected. Twice the staff came and showed us what to do. We did it. It didn't work. Over and over, it didn't work. When we asked for help the second time all they could do was tell us to wait for the email, that it takes a few minutes to come. It didn't so we went home in defeat, unable to print, and leaving my daughter in a jam. The emails with codes eventually did come, a whole hour after they were requested. Definitely not the few minutes it was supposed to take. This is a complete failure of the system as advertised. Again to be clear, the staff were not at fault.

I had my own piece of paper with me too!…read more I was completely shocked by not only the fact that I was charged almost $12 for a single black and white image that I didn't like, but also by the attitude of the employee. The white lady with short hair, seems to have issues and gets frustrated and stressed over trivial things! She charged me $8 for some basic size adjustment! Literally a couple of clicks! She also has a tone that she makes feel i don't know what I'm doing! The only reason why I put 2 stars instead of 1 or even zero is because a minute later her coworker intervened and got $8 back, and went through the process again! Later that week, I received an email informing that the refund was a miscommunication, and that she was technically supposed to charge that much, which is ironic because I got way much better experience and more satisfying result at staples in that very location, for literally $0.5.
