They helped me out so much during the planning process of my wedding. Helping me pick out colors, center pieces, and all of the decorations for the wedding. They answered all of my questions that I had. On the day of the wedding they were able to get everything set up inside of the venue, so that way I could just focus on getting ready and not stress about time. We also used there catering service for the BBQ food and it tasted amazing. We had leftovers to take home with us that lasted a good few days. All In all i am so glad i used Diamond and Pearl service . They made my wedding day perfect and made it so smoothly. I would recommend them to any bride that wants less stress on their wedding day.

I'm talking I needed four waiters four days before my wedding... oh and let's add that it's on a holiday! Bree was so courteous the first time that I called her. I had actually spoken to a couple other service providers in the area and unfortunately.. it didn't seem like they wanted my business and I felt brushed off. when I called diamond and Pearl services Bree answered the phone and we chatted for about 20 minutes. I could tell she was in the middle of something as I could hear the wind whipping behind her and people in the background. I had told her that if she needed to she could call me back, however she insisted that now was a good time. That meant the world to me especially after being treated so poorly from other companies. I was able to get a quote from her immediately over the phone and within the next few days have a contract signed and paid for. When I called to give her the payment me and Bree ended up chatting for an hour! She knows her stuff! Even though I wasn't using her as a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend her. During our conversation we talked about all the little last-minute things that brides tend to forget and chatted. She is so friendly and personable! The day went off without a hitch and her staff was incredible. I am very grateful for not only her kind words and help during this time but being able to get four people on a holiday last minute for me. It's extraordinary the lengths she went to to make sure that I would be taken care of. I'm humbled by it. Again, she indicated someone would contact us after the show was over. 3 more weeks went by, made another call, left a message, no response. Another few days, another message, no response. I just don't understand how you can ghost a 10 year old after telling her she can train but then repeatedly delaying her start date. If you can't accommodate, why not just say that upfront instead of getting a kids hopes up? I understand busy, but the blatant disrespect for other people's time, especially where a child is concerned, is just a huge let down.

Service is friendly and pool restaurant good. The country club is in walking distance if you want golf or tennis. There are several pools. For families, the pool is THE activity and truly, the only activity. The woodlands lake is a 5 min drive so the trolly and pedal boats entertained us! It was fun. The breakfast was delicious. What was a disappointment: - total of 1 lifeguard for the entire pool area, which included three pools and a lazy river with a wave area. There is "swim at your own risk" signage, but that is NOT a family friendly environment. - there is a 1x/ day arts and crafts that you have to pay extra to do. - the other staff-led activities were bingo, movie by the pool, and karaoke. The staff was not energetic, smiling, or enthusiastic with the exception of the activities manager who led the water melon eating contest. - it rained for one of the afternoons so we all went into the conference center for games. Wow was that disappointing. The staff was sitting around at a table, no music, no explanation of the table games, not interacting with the guests. When asked they said "you can play whichever game you want, it's self service." My husband and I used our phones to at least put on music, we facilitated a game of tag, and several families had to escalate to the manager to setup the karaoke and popcorn machine because the staff in the room was literally sitting around sticking to a rigid schedule and telling us they can't set anything up until a certain time. Of course the manager said that is absolutely not true. - the staff didn't know how to work the projector for karaoke so the kids just used a laptop that the staff member had sitting on her lap. Minimal interaction etc. The events team staff (minus the supervisor) was really subpar. Easily made for a 2 rating for sure. I would also like to see utensils in everything as well. Not a fan of grabbing with bare hands.
