I showed up, a bit frantic, and the kind staff printed my copies, sorted through everything, wished me luck, and sent me on my way. They took care of me immediately, and because it was so few copies (just a few printouts), they did it on the house. The copies turned out great, but based on the kindness and generosity of the staff alone, I can't recommend them enough.

Those places are great for basic stuff, but College Copy Shop offers upscale and complex printing as well as digital output. I do marketing and communications for a church, and this is where we go to get our brochures and business cards printed - the cards have artwork on them, and so require the work of a printer. Turnaround time is usually a couple of days at the most, and the prices seem reasonable for the work. Staff is generally quite friendly and able to help customers decide what services are right for the job.

(I mean, it would be better if there were NO issues, but whatever, I get that there will be some machinery defects in this kind of thing). Their pricing is also pretty good, and definitely talk to them if you can't find what you're looking for in their catalogues. They have more items that aren't necessarily findable in those.

Because our orders were small I got the impression that it didn't really matter if we were happy or not. After the first order, we put another small order in to give them another chance and they ended up charging us double the order that we had agreed on, with no communication as to why. In the end they honored the price that was originally agreed to but offered nothing to keep our business other than telling us the price would be triple going forward. There was no working with us as the customer to see if a solution could be found that worked for both parties the next time. Customer service definitely needs improvement!
