After contacting Stephanie (store manager) I was told "this happens all the time" and told to contact her back the next day. After leaving several messages and getting different stories as to her whereabouts I was told that Stephanie would not be at work until Monday 5 days later. After more repeated calls and no return calls I finally was able to reach the manager, this was 10 days after the transaction. I was told by Stephanie that this is weird. I should have received money back by now. She was of no help, nor could offer any suggestions for resolutions. She told me I could call corporate headquarters, which is a number that no one answers. I finally had to get my bank involved, and may be suing for the return of the 100 dollars. This ARCO SUCKS!!!!!

She then said until Arizona changes their labels they can't carry it. There was the truth, Arizona has their suggested price printed right on the label so this location can't jack the price up. I said "Well I guess I'll just have to shop somewhere else. " Then she replied rudely, "That is your choice." The coffee is nasty. The food is never fresh if they even have anything on the grill at all. The selection is extremely limited to energy drinks and alcohol covering over half the refrigerated section. I really thought it was kind of low leveled and trashy when they had the signs up telling people not to give money to pan handlers/homeless. Few enough people help the homeless now as it is, all we need is businesses pushing you to ignore them even more or worse basically telling you to chase them away. Go to Parkland Market just up the street, it is a full service grocery store open 24 hours, or stop at one of the gas stations.
