I bought a 84 Volkswagen rabbit diesel from them today 01/03/21 and overall everything was a 10/10. Shelly and John the owners are great people who are friendly and very hospitable. Their youngest son is a huge help and he's very friendly as well. The vehicle sale ad was very clear and the car I bought from them was everything they said it was. It took me quite some time to pick up the car but Shelly really worked with my schedule. I went to pick it up only to discover that they installed the brush guard obviously crooked and the hood was still lopsided, among other things. I asked them if they even checked it and they said "oops, we must have missed that." So they have it for another 3 weeks after that to do the repair they should have done right in the first place. Finally I come to pick it up but realize they have knocked off the kayak rack, ripped the window tint, left tape and marks on top of the truck, and now the bumper and brush guard are falling off. They refused to refund and they even lied to the BBB when I submitted a complaint. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired for real - with more damages than before!
