If you value your health and the health of your loved ones then STAY AWAY from this 7-11!!! This location is hands down the dirtiest 7-11 I've ever been in and I've been in a lot, considering I owned one for nearly 10 years. This place is a shame and an embarrassment to the 7-11 name. I stopped here on 8/8/20 around 10am and upon entering should have trusted my gut and walk right back out. The 1st problem- a young gentleman walk out WITHOUT a mask on!! WTF!?!? It's a Michigan executive order that all persons shall wear a face covering when entering an enclosed public place. And this guy just walked out without anything covering his nose and mouth! Listen, I hate these stupid masks just as much as the next person but the fact is- they MUST currently be worn. End Story! If that wasn't enough to blow your mind, the filth and dirtiness of this location was enough to make my stomach turn. Coffee island was a disaster- lids all over, cups on the floor, coffee/creamer/sugar all over the counter. The hot cappuccino machine was a cesspool of germs, sticky buttons, and overflowing dip pan. The Slurpee and fountain area was even worse- if that's even possible! And the floor- lets just say I had to hose off the bottom of my flip flops when I got home. The roller grill area- don't even ask. Anyone brave enough to eat anything from that has my prayers! Upon checking out the employee (older lady with jet black hair) scolded me for taking 2 cups. I had them double stacked because the coffee was too hot for only one and there was no hot sleeves. I explained that to her and she didn't care one bit. She said she should charge me for the "extra cup". At that point I had enough. I couldn't wait to get the hell outa this place. I paid the $1.06 for my large coffee and left quickly. I used my foot to kick open the door, as it looked like it hadn't been clean in a decade! The coffee was stale! Why didn't that surprise me. I threw it out at my next stop. If you value your health- stay away. Very far away from this location! read more
