I stopped by around 5:30pm on a Tuesday evening. It was a little busy. There was someone who drove…read morea lawnmower with a trailer attached. I thought that was interesting considering this location is off the highway. I used the Exxon Mobile app to authorize pump and pay for the gas. If you don't have Exxon-Mobile rewards program, you're missing out! This station was one of the cheaper ones in the area, especially since I was headed to the city of VA Beach. Outside, I noticed that they sold propane tanks for $23.99. They sold ice bags for $3.29 for 7lb bag. Inside, the location is fairly small. I noticed the employee sweeping. Thankfully, everything was labeled, which was awesome. There was an Atm inside as well. They had all the typically gas station items. This located had 7-11 items inside. There was a slurpe station, fountain drink machine, and coffee machine. The area for the hot dogs was empty. There were some areas that needed to be restocked too. The restroom was okay. The toilet itself needed to be cleaned. The floor appeared clean. They had an air dryer vs paper towels. It looked like there was trash bag in the trashcan, but I didn't touch it lol. Overall, not a bad experience.

I've never written a review for a gas station. I mean, it's a gas station! Should be fairly simple,…read moreright? But this place has been going downhill for a while for a multitude of reasons, and I felt like other people should be warned. I'm not sure what happened, but good grief. If you can avoid this place DO NOT STOP HERE. The bathrooms have been out of service for months. People have resorted to urinating in the grass near the main entrance so the smell is unreal (gagging). We stopped here in mid-June and my daughter needed to use the bathroom. Both restrooms were out of service. She begged to use the employee bathroom and they refused. She's 12! Customer service is disgraceful. The gas pumps are completely unreliable. Most times you're forced to put your card into the reader as their RFID is broken. As a bonus, it's clear their security tapes on the card readers have been compromised on every pump so you're taking a risk every time. As if the bathroom issue and lack of pump maintenance isn't enough, they are often out of regular and mid and will try to force you to buy premium. They don't advertise on their sign when they're out, so you go through the process at the pump only to realize all they have is the most expensive octane (today was over $4.50/gallon). Do yourself a favor and pass this place. DO NOT stop here. This is the only station for several miles in either direction and they capitalize on your desperation. Plan ahead, and stop in the town of Suffolk or keep going into Chesapeake or Portsmouth. Do NOT stop here.

I pull up to the gas station and I notice the attendant sitting down and watching tv or her phone in the back which I don't see as a problem with because she got up as soon as she seen me step up to the window. I advised her I wanted $25 dollars on pump 17 and I put in my telephone number which lets the attendant know how many gas points I have that I could use to pay for my fuel,as soon as I gave her my credit card she swiped it ( here I am standing waiting for her to tell me how much I had available( referring to the gas points you receive for shopping at Kroger and Harris Teeter, most of us if not all know what I'm talking about ) she returned my card and my receipt without even asking me about the points. I was kind of disappointed because when I got fuel this past Monday I had .20 off so I knew I had more available to redeem. I don't want to put her name out there because I don't want to cause any problems but I want Kroger to enlighten their employees so this doesn't happen to anyone else,we all want the option to save money so that's my point I'm trying to get across. I didn't give 5 stars only because this is the first time this has happened to me!. No big deal but I just wanted to put this matter out in the open.

The gas is cheap and service is great. The station is always clean and organized. The staff is nice.read more

I love the consistent attention to detail because I get their custom build your own breakfast sandwich and they always include everything I order. In Hampton roads, this is rare to me, because any other fast food place would be the opposite and almost always mess up my custom order or even just a regular order from their menu. I'm very appreciative of the workers here. They're always busy but still push orders out in a timely manner. The cashiers are very aware of their surroundings and are good at keeping up with their store duties and hopping onto the cash register to help one another out when the line is getting long. I'm impressed with the dynamic of this crew and will continually look forward to getting my weekday breakfast here!
