There's something all together wrong with the pumps here I probably spent three minutes getting a dollar or two worth of gas and it just randomly stopped even though the handle didn't go down I'm on empty and now it stopped at eight dollars inside. It's not much better and the health food rating as a B I honestly think they're out or something I'm on empty and just stopped at eight dollars, when when he quit getting gas, it went a little bit faster but for long as I've been pumping eight dollars! My fiancé went in there just about an hour ago. There was one of those deal signs where the refrigerated water was stating three Arrowhead bottles of water for $2.50. So my fiancé gets the appropriate bottles of water and goes to the cash register to pay. The man informs him that it will be $4.79. My fiancé says it's on sale for $2.50. The cashier says that it's a different water. They go back and forth then the cashier takes the sign down and says that will be $4.79. My fiancé ends up buying only one water because he was thirsty after performing on his bagpipes at a funeral for a family friend who was a WW2 Veteran. Really not a cool move on behalf of this 7-11 and really rude cashier. Won't ever go here again! read more

Beyond horrible employee named Khan. Wasn't helpful when I asked for one thing behind the counter, had a nasty attitude and tone, and wasn't even wearing a mask. I can't believe you'd allow such a trash person to work here. He couldn't even pretend to be nice. Not to mention he was dismissive and ignoring me. Disgusting. 0- Not returning ever. Be careful!! I went to get gas the other day and the cashier was extremely rude. Took like 5 mins to come to the register after I walked in.. On top of it I noticed the following day that my card was charged $100... And I didn't charge anything worth that amount. Only $20 in gas. very upsetting and just not ok. read more

Went to use my American Spirits coupon and when I came up to the counter he didn't even look up to acknowledge me while he was texting away! Then, the guy scanned it and then just said "doesnt work" and asked me for full price! Every time ive been there, Their entire staff are rude and inconsiderate and unprofessional clerks who lack a speck of any customer service skills whatsoever! This 7-Eleven has had 2 septic tank floods and have had raw sewage flowing into the bike shop next door. The owner/franchiser will do nothing to keep him from getting shut down. Store manager/owner of the 7/11 doesnt care he wouldn't even show up or answer phone calls today with the second sewage flood happened. He was well aware of the issue since last week when the first flood happened and refused to fix it. The Health Department needs to shut these idiots down for good. read more

Used to come here every day and buy two 32 oz. cans of Monsters. The cashier is always extremely rude and makes it seem like you're a bother to her, doesn't greet you, continues her conversations either on the phone or with other people just hanging around the store. The reason for my reviver is The last time I went, I got out of my car, went to open the door, and she was standing there, pulled the door closed in my face and shook her head no. My family and I went here for free slurpee day. All I can say is wow. All three of us go in, (not that many) it's only my family and the workers in the store. We go up and there's a little booth and the lady has straws and slurpees set up on the table. She doesn't tell us, she yells, "You take what I give you." WOW. That's a great way to run a business. First off, my little ones hated the flavors they got and as we were walking out the guy at the register yells at us then the lady. I look at my family confused and realize they needed to count how many slurps we got. SO DUMB. I understand about counting the product like cups etc. I'm shocked. Terrible everything, waste of my time, and RUDE. read more

I went in today to get my coffee. They have a deal if you buy 2 baked goods you get a coffee any size for free. I go up to the cashier and she rings me up for baked goods and coffee. I told her the sign says free coffee. She canceled the transaction and rung me up again for all three. She then says I don't know the register is adding it. So she cancelled it again and just rung me up for the 2 donuts. Then I grabbed an small coffee and there are signs all over the store that states any small coffee 1.00. So she rings me up for a small coffee and says 1.69. I told her coffee is 1.00. She said no the price changed today. Lol I was gonna argue with her but there was a long line behind me and other customers were getting upset so I just paid it and she kept my receipt. read more

I live really close to this gas station and have been there numerous times due to the convenience. The prices are competitive, but one woman that works there is the rudest thing in the world. She has always had a nasty attitude towards me when I go in, so I stopped going. She made me feel uncomfortable and I have spent thousands of dollars there over the last few years. I don't want to go to a gas station where someone makes me feel less than when I'm giving them money for something I need. Prior to my last experience though everyone was at least pretty friendly, but now I just go to Chevron down the street. read more

Horrible and very unprofessional! My daughter stopped for gas today around 6:15 more or less and she went inside to pay for her gas and told the guy pump 2 and he even repeated it. When my daughter went to pump gas she wasn't able too, he had credited her payment to the other pump to a lady. And he told my daughter go pump and when she tried to pump nothing was pumping out of the gas pump, she went to let him know and he gave her a receipt saying here take and leave go go... my daughter kept telling him No that she didn't get her gas and only had the one mile in her car she came in with but he ignored her, giving her a wrong receipt!
