I contact Esso head office where they started a claim and said the owners will contact me regarding the settlement and in the three weeks i have not had a single call not even to check and see how i am doing they have however fixed the parking block. I would not trust taking my vehicle to any other service station in Regina. I had been dealing with a dealership since I bought my car and recently the warranty ran out. I had a concern with a noise I heard and was given an $800 plus estimate. After having several bad incidences happen with the service department at this dealership I decided to take my car to Kuntz's Automotive here in Regina, with a recommendation from a friend. The owner checked over my car plus another service man was asked to check it as well and both came to the conclusion this $800 estimated work was not needed. They could have gone ahead with the repair and I would not have been any the wiser but instead he explained why this wasn't needed and when he said to me he couldn't live with himself had he gone ahead with this repair, I knew I had found the one and only service shop I will ever trust to work on my vehicles. If there was a rating from 1-10 being the best, I would have a hard time giving them only a 10 when 15 even 20 wouldn't be enough to show my appreciation for how I felt leaving KUNTZ'S AUTOMOTIVE that day especially when all I could say was thankyou so much.

I asked the cashier about the prices of three items that had no visible price labels and no price on the products. Instead of responding professionally, and helping me, she became irritated, dismissive, and rude. She repeatedly insisted that "everything has labels," as if telling me not to ask questions, even though the items clearly did not have prices. When I politely asked her to come to check for herself and see that there are no prices for the products I asked for, she starts to argue with me ,reacted with hostile body language, sharp tone, and unprofessional behavior. Her attitude was condescending and disrespectful, making me feel unwelcome, undervalued, and extremely uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I explained to her that this is my right as a customer to ask her to check the prices of the product I want to buy and it is completely reasonable to request price information, especially when no labels are provided but she stayed argue with me very rudely, The lack of basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect in this interaction is unacceptable and reflects poor customer service standards. I strongly urge management to address this serious issue and ensure all employees treat customers with respect, politeness, and professionalism.
