I live locally and Ive given this particular store the benefit of the doubt many times, yet they never fail do disappoint. Lets start with the coffee. Its actually not to bad, when they have it. 2 people behind the counter texting on their phones, but no coffee. Or no cream, or no lids, or no large cups. The area by and behind the cash registers looks like a five year olds bedroom, there is stuff everywhere, empty boxes, stacks of cigarette cartons on the floor, just a general mess. At no time have I gone in this store and not had to wait at the counter for the employee to get off the phone, finish texting, or just acknowledge the fact that someone was standing there. They best description I can give this store is Ghetto, and thats being kind. The company needs to train a manager who can ,in turn, train employees how to work in retail.
