This airport was designed for people who love to walk, and it's nearly a half mile long. There were too many options here, and the one that looked the tastiest was the Croissant de Alamendra. It inckudes crema de alamedra which was something totally new to me. i also ordered the large Frappe mocha for $130 pesos which was wrll worth the price. They have nice tables and there were a dozen seats available. There were also several servers who were ready and able to help.

At home, there are plenty of 7-Eleven and Circle K stores, this is just like that but in Mexico. Plenty of packaged snacks, drinks, coffee and whatever else you need that a convenience store has to offer. This one is right on the corner of Av. Medellin and Av. Chapultepec is pretty small compared to some of the other stores. I was quite surprised when I saw bottles of Electrolit in different flavors. Some of the snacks are hilarious to me from the name. Just like any convenient store, there is still beer sold here. We have an early morning so make our purchases and back to the hotel.

Our first young man was super pleasant and helpful, but his shift ended. The young lady who took over was in a big hurry to sample food and chat with her coworkers. She started clearing our plates without asking and put a dirty plate on top of out Patatas Bravas while we were eating them! Mind you, there was no one waiting for our seats. You can get a parking discount, it won't be free, if you get it validated right outside the grocery store doors as you leave. You pay for parking at a central indoor location before you return to your car. They accept cards and cash. GROCERY The fruit and veggies were always fresh. The food displays here are very eye catching. I adored their fresh baked breads. The eggs, like in a lot of countries outside the USA, are not refrigerated (and they tasted so much better than eggs from grocery stores in the US). So many of the food brands are what you'd find in the USA, it's fun to explore the familiar packaging of beloved items you'll find in the USA that names have been changed to their Spanish version. If you have a Airbnb in the area they are literally the ground floor of an upscale shopping mall and you technically never leave the premises to get what you need haha. The food selection is great, everything seems fresh, eggs didn't need refrigeration, and you can get every type of meat ranging from ground beef to steak on a bone the size of an arm which is impressive. I've had a few problems that I've had with it. One, checkout is the slowest thing I've ever experienced in CDMX and even more so than a Costco. There were only 2 people in front of me and they don't open more stalls especially when you wait for a crazy long time. Also security is pretty nosy in that there seems to be way more guards nosing into your business way more than other places. Didn't exactly feel comfortable about a guy checking my bag every 5 minutes. Anyways, other than that, it was an okay shopping experience.

When we got here, I can see a small parking lot behind the building. It looks like a neighborhood convenience store before it became OXXO even though it's still convenient. Coffee is hot and the creamer is not. Bimbo pastries are plenty to choose with other snacks. They know you're here before the museo as they sell memory cards and camera supplies. Only if the coffee was brewed stronger to go with my pastries but it was breakfast. Time to walk back and step in line.

It is better known for the bullet Pancho Villa fired inside the bar, to prove that anyone no matter their level in society could and should enter the bar. La Opera was changed during the Porfirio Diaz era, to have a more parisian style. Porfirio was a huge fan of this particular style which is reflected in many building in downtown, including Bellas Artes. La Opera is definitely a piece of art, and would encourage everyone to at least grab a beer at the bar so you can appreciate the detail in the building. Their food is definitely not 5 stars, so I would just suggest to grab a drink.
