The inside restroom was clean, as was the overall store and pump area. My debit card from an American financial institution refused to work at the pump, but it was a few steps inside to verify that it would indeed work after I pumped the fuel. We exited at Baden and found this somewhat unique Shell gas station with a Circle K associated with it. I am accustomed to seeing Circle K at Esso gas stations. There are only four pumps so it can take a little while to fuel up during busy time frames. There is a Subway sandwich shop and a Tim Hortons within close proximity of the gas station, making this an ideal stop for gas and food.

I have had my car get stuck in there twice this winter as they do not own a snow blower or apparently a shovel...and they would give me no assistance in getting out. I went last week for $10 worth of gas and tried to give him a $5, two toonies and an loonie but he said he would be back as he was wearing gloves and could not hold it. He then proceeded to walk over to the air/vacuuming station to help someone: it took less than 2 minutes to get the $10 but I sat there and sat there as he was helping the other person. Other staff to take over? No where to be found. I finally got out, unhooked the nozzle, left the $10 on the pump and drove off. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN.
