Range!" idiot lights for a Love's because they're almost always competitive with their neighbors but they also offer a 10¢ per gallon discount with your Love's app. We'd already had dinner so we skipped the attached Wendy's and we didn't need to go inside for snacks this time. The outside was clean, free of trash and all the equipment at the pump worked fine. While the 20+ gallons of gas was flowing, I took the time to clean the windshield with their extra long squeegee sticks. Five stars for this Love's and I'll continue to patronize this great chain. They didn't have the part they need and all parts stores were closed. So now I have stated our initial reason for stopping at #Store#0266 let's get to the real reason why I am annoyed. At 3am Monday morning I go in to use the Laundry Facility at #Store#0266 #DentonTexas. I got to their change machine located near the same area as the Laundry Facility and its light is on saying temporarily out of service. So me not knowing there is another change machine I go to the cashier and tell him that change machine is out of order I'm currently washing could I please have $10.00 worth of quarters or just a roll. #JavierSantillan tells me I can't give you no $10.00 (ten dollars) worth of quarters. Now let me pause not once did he ever say he didn't have a roll available to him. He just rudely stated he couldn't give me what I needed. #JavierSantillan then said to me did you try using the change machine and if that wasn't doesn't work we have another one. I then stated to him that both machines were not working. Then #JavierSantillan looks at his co worker #Amanda and she comes over and says to me well how many loads do you have. I stated to her (3) three and each load is $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry.. #Amanda then takes my $10.00 and gives me $3.00 worth of quarters and tells me that's all they have.. I looked at them both and asked for Management and #Amanda says to me they are not available. So I then asked her to call them and she said she had no number.. About 20 minutes later #Amanda comes to the wash area where I'm washing and tells me the other change machine is working and she also gave me another dollars worth of change. I asked #Amanda to show me if she didn't mind that it actually worked. #Amanda attempted several times to put a ten dollar bill in to get change and it didn't work. Finally she went back to the counter to ask #JavierSantillan for two fives and she attempted that after the forth try it worked. Mind You while all this is going on #JavierSantillan tells me I should tried the other machine for myself in the beginning. Then I purchase some #FijiWater 1 litter for $2.79. Gave him $2.00 and 79 cent in change, #JavierSantillan tells me my nickel had something black on it. I said to him really if it did you gave it to me like that.. when I say unprofessional and don't have any type of customer service skills, #JavierSantillan gets the award hands down.. Three A.M. In the morning your store should not be looking like the following pictures. Especially not when U have two clerks leaning on the counter talking to one another. I would read it three out of five stars. It definitely needed some attention. We use to be a joining restaurant and took part in their buffet. The buffet cost slightly over $10 drinks not included. The selection at the buffet was moderate. I've seen much better buffets at truck stop restaurants. The staff however was friendly and upon check out I found that they had locally made fudge and brittle. That made it worth the stop.

I've met a God sent angel today, his name is Jesse. Let me explain, at around 1pm today my car abruptly stopped at the light of MacArthur blvd and e round grove rd. No matter how much I tried to turn it on it just wouldn't budge. For context my car was running perfectly fine seconds earlier I had just gotten off the highway and was about, maybe 2 blocks away from my house. It randomly stopped, btw my husband is at work unable to leave to come and try and help, I have no family or friends in the Dfw area and my only family is my mother who lives out of the country. I have ZERO car knowledge only car anxiety. I was parked smack in the middle of the street, trying everything I could possible think of to start the car even jogging up the street to a 7/11 asking if anyone could help jump my car, I offered to pay for their gas. But NOBODY knew how or If they did they didn't have a jump starter (this story gets better). After being in that 7/11 for a while I finally gave up I walked back to my car defeated. A man in a black truck pulled up and tried to help me, I was like THANK GOD FINALLY but the jump of battery didn't work. Just when I was about to officially give up and cry a PRO-TOW truck pulled up behind me and an angel descended asking "do you need help" YALL this angel of a man ( JESSE ) not only did his ABSOLUTE best to try and jump start my battery, he made sure I got home safely. He stayed through it all. I am almost 2 months pregnant, me and my husband haven't told anyone around us because this is our rainbow baby that we weren't trying for. ( JESSE ) the angel didn't know this but it was as if he knew. When we both realized that the battery wasn't something fixable with a jump he and another PRO-TOW driver who also miraculously was driving by in passing pushed my car at the top of the hill of MacArthur blvd and allowed for me to be able to park my car in a parking lot that won't tow my car so easily. Just when I thought that this angel of a man helped me enough he pulled his tow truck next to my car and took out the battery and drove me home. Y'all this man JESSE did not have to do any of this but he did and he made sure that I was aware of my blessing. He shared how working in this job you see ALOT of accidents and some of the people don't make it. Up until that moment I was think "God, why me?" Jesse made me change my perspective to "Thank you God" . Up until that moment I didn't know just how badly I needed that act of kindness from a stranger. I've been advised since finding out that I'm pregnant to take it slow, not to stand up too long and especially not to lift anything heavy. JESSE gave ME gifts and affirmed how blessed we are to be here, to be Alive. Y'all I know this might not be the best review for a business since I didn't purchase a service, but this business's motto is "setting the standard" and I wanted to write this review sharing my story to attest to that. We measure a business by its people, service, product and standard of conduct. Just off of my experience ALONE I will go no where else nor promote no one else but PRO-TOW Wrecker Service because of its employee who stands by their motto, when they didn't have to. Thank you Sir Jesse so much for your humanity, presence and excellent service. I will never forget this experience of kindness.

When we asked what is going on Jesse literally threatened to beat my girlfriend up. Needless to say the manager escorted him out and removed the weird girl. 2 employees had to be escorted out within 1 minute of each other. This was all in the office and on camera. Note we were never threatening or loud. I was however angry because I woke up to my truck being towed after 5 months of it being there, all because I didnt register one night.
