Our recent visit to 7-Eleven, Gate B2 waiting area was marred by the unpleasant service provided by the manager. The waiting area, which is supposed to be for passengers, was in disarray, and we found ourselves having to clean it up ourselves. It was disheartening to see such negligence in maintaining a clean and comfortable space for travelers.
To make matters worse, she snapped at us, mentioning that we should have asked them first before cleaning up. How were we supposed to know that the mess was left by the staff? It's the responsibility of the management to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the area, not the passengers'.
Adding to the disappointment, we purchased sausage rolls during our wait, only to find that the bread was hard and dry. The quality of the food did not meet our expectations, especially considering the prices charged.
Overall, our experience was far from pleasant, and we hope that the management takes our feedback into account to improve their services. Passengers deserve a hassle-free and enjoyable environment while waiting for their flights. read more
