The lady working nights is extremely rude. zero customer service and was treated with hostility the entire time until I ended up walking out

Unethical management. gave me only one shift for a week because I dared call the manager for help only to reach her voicemail five times. I'm willing and able to share evidence of this one to anybody who asks. Trained us to replace the labels on hot food instead of writing old food off, so there'd be sandwiches and chicken that have been sitting there for hours after their "best by" time. read more

No stars the manager on 6/20/2024 refused service because I didn't say the product name exactly as she pronounced it. She was extremely rude shaking her head as to imply I were causing her some type of injustice. She then told I was done and she would not sale me the product. I told her I was reporting her to corporate and and she informed me that it wasn't the1st time and wouldn't be the last and that stupid people report her all the time. Implying I was stupid. She should be fired and how she still has a job is proof of 7/11 corporate management is at fault! I will no longer shop at any 7/11 locations. read more

Two days ago, my daughter stopped in to put some money on her Cash App account. As she was leaving the store she got the notification the money had been deposited. Nine minutes later she got another notification the deposit had been cancelled. Even with a paper trail this store would not investigate to see where the money went. The store is saying there is nothing they can do and CashApp is saying the store cancelled the deposit. Needless to say somebody at the store pocketed the money. We found out after the fact the clerk was not authorized to do the transaction. We did file a police report but there is not much they can do even though we can prove the whole thing. read more
