COVID-19 phase: Workers are masked and very nice. Masks are worn by workers and required. They have a great rewards program! You get great deals and receive emails sometimes that give you a heads up about the deals. They have pretty much everything from coffee, lunch stuff, many different kind of drinks and alcohol to sweets and breakfast stuff too. They also have their own brand (7-Eleven) in snacks like chips and even pasta and salads too! Very nice service! Great snacks and so much more! Highly recommended! read more

Not a huge fan. Never really friendly, and I hardly find what I am looking for, but they do have a lot to choose from when you gotta pick a second choice. read more

I stop here to buy gas ONLY when I am in a pinch and can't make it to Costco gas. It is grossly overpriced of about $.30 more than Costco gas, otherwise it is about $.10-.20 more per gallon than other 7 Elevens and other nearby gas stations. The other day, I came here with the purpose to wash my windshield since Costco doesn't supply window washing supplies. I put in $10 of gas only to discover the window washer fluid bins were disgustingly dirty. They were low on water, cleaning solution was non-existent and there was trash thrown in the bins. Come on! If you are going to charge so much for "convenience" the least you can do is supply window cleaning solution and make sure the bins are not filled with garbage. read more

I'm adding to the consensus that the employees are unbelievably rude. I went to pay for my drink and the kid had earphones in and was chatting away on a phone call. I thought he was talking to me at first but no, he didn't say a word to me. As he was finishing the transaction I tried to ask him a question and right in the middle of me talking he shoves the receipt at me and says thank you. He could have just said shut up and go away, it would have been less rude. Ugh I hate people in customer service that really suck at customer service read more

Rude staff. Seem bothered to help customers! I've been here before and still the same rudeness as before!

This 7-Eleven on Herndon and Milburn is so disgusting! Every time I go in there there's dirt smeared stuff all over the floors all over the counters it's sticky everywhere. At least the last 10 times this is the grossest store I have ever seen, and the guy just sits behind the counter sitting on his phone how disgusting read more

This establishment does not match the aesthetic of the surrounding area. I think they intentionally put toilet water and feces in wiper squeegee area as the employee was staring while he was changing the garbage bins and I was using it. Atrocious. read more

CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS!!! They double charge! Saturday 9/24/16 went in and made a purchase of $5.98 and a $10 withdrawal for the amount of $15.98. Got a text alert of the amount I just authorized. Moments later got another alert saying another amount of $15 charged. $15 is petty BUT stealing is not. Withdrawal fee of $15? Nah can't be. I'll be seeing you later today. If it was a donation and asked for, I wouldn't mind but what I do mind is if you dipping into my pockets without permission. read more

Very rude cashier - was watching me the whole time to check if I would steal- since I'm so indecisive I didn't mind him watching me- until the end when he says "are you finally done"... So dam rude oh my gosh- I can't even believe I'm just so speechless by his remark .... read more

I will NEVER EVER come to this 7-11 again. They are always soooooo rude and mean. You offer a good morning and a smile and they just ignore you. I can't believe 7-11 let's this happen. I emailed them about the customer service they represent 7-11 with, of course no response. Franchised business or not- why can't we be nice to one another?! read more

Poor customer service experience. Young arab kid workin the register, ignored customers greetings because he was listening to his conversation on his earpiece....and talking, while customer was asking him something. When I asked the guy for something, a few minutes later, he had me waiting at the register for about two minutes while he changed trash can liners, even after I asked to be ring me up. read more

Just pulled to to get some gas, air, and some morning coffee and food. They want $1.50 for air. This is insane. I can fathom .50 but a dollar fifty is just crazy. I'll be avoiding this location for all my purchases in the future because of the price gouging. read more

I have been going to this 7-11 since it opened, never had an issue until today. Another employee from another store made a comment after I told the cashier "you are out of Mocha Iced coffee" she said "Oh no, let's shut down the store." Really? If something is out, restock. It's 108 out, you may want to make sure it is FULL. I go (WENT) in there every morning and spend about $80.00 a month there on drinks, snacks, etc It's one thing if she was joking.....she wasn't. She was being a smart ass bitch. Won't be going back, will take my money elsewhere. I am huge on Customer Service. Called Corporate said I would hear back in 4 hours or less.....we're going on 6 hours, we will see. read more

The young middle eastern man who works the cash register during the midnight shift is very rude- he throws around my items and dumps my change in my hand all rude and then looks past me towards the next customer instead of a thanks or have a good day- very disappointed. And for the man I believe he's the owner to now even apologize how sick! My boyfriend even told the man If you think I'm stealing call the police they can look at the cameras and the man said no .. if you think someone is stealing from your store why wouldn't you call the police ? read more

I go to this 7 Eleven often. The gas prices are great. It can get sketchy right out front. I tend to pay at the pump because of that.

The Customer service was great. The employee was very friendly and quick to ring up and the store was pretty clean. There are a lot of promotions right now which is also a plus. read more
