When you infuse nitrogen into coffee, it creates a very creamy and foamy head without milk! Other experts even said, nitrogen slow down oxidation and kept the coffee fresh longer! Today, I ordered hot cinnamon latte. Shots of their Espresso with Moon Milk and oat milk with cinnamon is my second favorite. The staff was super friendly as we perused the menu, and my decision was easy once I saw that they have a seasonal fall menu featuring house made syrups. The carrot cake one immediately caught my eye, and I ordered a carrot cake latte. My husband got the classic pumpkin spice and yep, it was like drinking fall in a cup. It's so cool to see a gem like this reppin' the hometown. Also cool that they brew Bandit Coffee (out of St. Pete) which we are big fans of. I did not want to be seen anywhere near a Matcha place so had my dark glasses on, a cap and stayed close to the entrance.
