Went in there this morning. Very dirty store but, I just wanted to buy a scratch off to put in my sister's birthday card. I bought a $5 Black and Gold. Not looking at it closely, why would I, I later found out it was fake. Nothing would scratch off. Upon further inspection we saw on the back it said display. Feeling embarrassed, I brought it back to the store and explained and was treated like a criminal. They refused to exchange and they said I probably took it out of the garbage. Never going in another 7/11. read more

When our insurance delayed the approval, we were in an emergency situation because he was unable to get out of bed and needed his injection that day. The pharmacy assistant, the pharmacist, and the cashier all went above and beyond to help us. They worked together to contact the insurance company, submit the necessary information, and find a way for us to get the medication immediately. They even helped us obtain it with a discount so my husband could receive his injection without waiting. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication made all the difference. Without their help, I would have had to take my husband to the emergency room. Thank you for treating us with such care and urgency. We will never forget your exceptional service. Thank you Diana
