That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

My coffee, bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns was delivered in short order. The coffee was both hot & strong with the creamer & splenda mixed in. The Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit was great. The hash brown was hot and crunchy. No condiments other than ketchup in a squeeze package. They provided 2 napkins. I saw a pickup area near the kitchen. At this time, their prices are lower than some hotels. I respect that. It makes sense to charge a few dollars less than some of the competitors- especially when the hotel is near no other eating establishments.
