When it was my turn to order, the associate did not have the most welcoming disposition. I was not given a greeting whatsoever and was met with a slight stare. I decided to order the Point Paradise smoothie. It came with Strawberries, Pineapple, and Banana. The execution of the beverage was wonderful. It was so fruity and refreshing. The inside of the shop was a tad compact compared to most Tropical Smoothie locations. There was a decent amount of chairs and tables available for customers. The entire atmosphere had an inviting feel. Even though the smoothie was great and the interior was presentable, the customer service left a lot to be desired.

I have had both their stewed chicken in brown sauce and the jerk chicken, both of which were excellent. For an American palette, I think they need to remove the bones from the stewed chicken, but A+ for authenticity. If you ask for hot sauce, they will give you some "homemade sauce", which I would call a Scotch Bonnet relish, not sweet. It is great, but pretty chunky for being called a sauce. It has that great spicy sweet heat of the scotch bonnet pepper, and is a great compliment to collards.

I actually stopped by the day before but they had to close early. The staff were friendly and asked me to come back the next day, and I am so glad I did. The restaurant itself is small and has a community focused vibe, with signs for events and people chatting over their meals. I went in the middle of the afternoon so it was not busy. I ordered a vegan Philly cheesesteak with the pickle fries. They were both AMAZING. Some of the best vegan food I've ever had, including vegan Philly cheesesteaks in Philadelphia! I ordered mine with jalapeños as I like some heat. It was so flavorful and well seasoned. The vegan cheese had a great texture too. The pickle fries were great as well. I really liked that it was mostly pickle and not just breading. If I'm back in Montgomery, I will DEFINITELY be back!!

I came in today looking for the original "tart" frozen yogurt flavor, but they didn't have it (which was super disappointing). I came close to driving all the way to SweetFrog in Prattvile, but I settled for the cake batter flavor, topped with pecans, one mini cup of the cheesecake bites, and a little bit of crushed Reese's. The cake batter flavor is pretty tasteless and doesn't taste like cake batter at all. I've had the same experience with many of the other flavors: not great, not bad, just average. So on today, I'm in Montgomery and sees the sign that say 334 Nutrition NOW OPEN, I go to the facebook page to see a menu of what all they have before I go in. I also wanted to buy a few boxes of tea to take home so when I'm on the go I will have them. So I enter the building with a hello, there is a customer there who speaks the two workers doesn't depart their mouth. One is sitting at a table, so then the other one finally decides to ask me what I needed, so I ask her about one of the teas and what was in it, she tells me and then I say I will have that one. She fixes my tea and say it will be $7.50, she gives me my change. I say do I need to sign this email list she say no thats only if I want to keep up the sales. I walk off slowly to see if she going to say thank you or if she would see if I wanted anything else. My plan was to spend a few hundred dollars there on some products because I need some more instead of me ordering online and having to wait on it and to support the business. But that didn't happen. She didnt say a word. I feel like if you running a business, customer service is a must..greet them, see how you can help them, tell them thank you with a smile so they will consider coming back.
