They allow you to pick a time from a calendar, which was very convenient. Our inspector was on time, nice clean company truck, clean and easy to recognize uniform, and he did a very thorough job. Todd pointed things out to us while onsite, and documented everything with photos and videos. All the while, I'm receiving payment invoices for the contract that hasn't been fulfilled on their end. After the second round of scheduling, clarifying the scope of work with photos, and coming out to actually do the work, the project isn't done despite what I thought was a pretty clear understanding of the job from the representative I talked to (Genny). There's a breakdown somewhere between the folks who schedule the work, the folks who bill, and the folks who come out to complete it. I kind of just want my money back at this point since I'm tired of going through this process every time. I hope they figure it out.
