I was suppose to have an initial appointment XRAY, which got pushed to the second appointment and then forgotten about. There was little time spent on the initial exam. All I know is that I was afraid to go unless for an injury and then I would go a few times, heal a bit, and not go again until I was hurt. Well, I met Dr. Paul and that all changed. He made some great points about how I take great care of my teeth, why don't I take care of my spine? (he said a lot more than that but that really stuck with me) Hmm made me think a bit and then I signed up for regular adjustments with Dr. Paul. I only get one spine, might as well do everything that I can to keep it healthy. I have been a patient for about 5 months now and I can tell you that I feel absolutely great. I get my adjustments and do my exercises when I remember. I have recently started running again and doing strength training. I can tell you that my recovery from workouts is way better compared to before I went to the chiro. I have more energy. I am sleeping better. I no longer get tingling hands while sleeping. I no longer have hip pain. My shoulders aren't at tight and sore at end of day. I feel taller - even though I know I am still a short 5'3. So - hear it from me, take care of yourself! Not only will you reap the benefits now, you will reap them your entire life. I wish that I would have started sooner. There is a little bit of "work" that needs to be undone, but it's not as bad as it could have been 5 years from now.

They are in the business to remedy your issues and not contract your care for an eternity. Dr. Washa has helped me immensely and changed my quality of life. He does what needs to be done, nothing more and nothing less. I suppose the mind frame of certain emotional individuals is the filter they see the world through and judge others by. I hurt my back shoveling snow and could barely move without severe pain. Washa chiropractic was the…read morenearest to me so I called to set up an appointment. The receptionist had very nasty attitude and seemed eager to speak down me. When I arrived for my appointment and got to meet her in person, she was a lot worse. I'm a disabled veteran and stay at home dad so I left the 'employer' line on her form blank. She announced to the entire waiting room that I had filled her form out incorrectly and and asked where I worked. I told her my situation, "so you don't work?" I tell her that's right, "you're unemployed? You don't have a job?" loud as could be. When she felt I'd been appropriately shamed for my failure to fill out the form I was allowed to wait. She let some other patients who hadn't arrived yet in before me. Once I was called to see the chiropractor (45 minutes after my scheduled appointment) he sat me down asked about my disability, and then corrected me about it in a condescending tone. Now, I think that my regular doctor might know more about it than the guy cracking backs next to a Carpet One but, I'm in a lot of pain so, I didn't want to argue. I went into the exam room and he did an adjustment and showed me some stretches while making fun of my t-shirt (an old Harry Potter shirt) and asking which of children was "a little sh#t" because there's always one. My back did feel better so they earned that star but, the overwhelming hostility of everyone in the clinic made for the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in a "professional" setting I recommend anywhere else if you need a chiropractor, the experience there was as painful as my injury!
