They have everything from weights to a pool, the pool is always staffed for safety, the front desk always has someone to help, they have a marathon coach and program, they offer walk throughs, and will help you with any machine you're curious about! Some areas look renovated, but over all the locker rooms, showers, pool area, and general over view is that it hasn't been updated since I visited in 1997 (or before) with my bff and her dad when I was 14.

Definitely more suitable for powerlifters, body builders or lifters who just generally are serious in regards to there training and performance. I was able to connect my iphone to bluetooth and use calibrated competition equipment (Kilo plates, Rogue ohio power bar and combo rack). As a USAPL member and competitor, finding the right gym while traveling is key in my training and performance. When you enroll, they rush you through the process and make it seem like you're just paying for the month you want. What they don't tell you is: Your first month A full extra month when you cancel (30-day notice) An annual gym fee By the time you realize it, they blame you for "not knowing," even though the staff never explains any of this during sign-up. And that's only the beginning. My family canceled a membership in person, exactly as instructed, and were told we would be charged one final month, which we accepted. Instead, the cancellation was never submitted correctly, and Crunch charged another month anyway. When I went in to fix THEIR mistake, the front desk employee spoke down to me ("Not sure, bud") and tried to shift blame. The Director of Personal Training contradicted himself multiple times (all recorded), denied statements he made minutes earlier, and even brought up his personal faith while trying to justify how he handled the situation--which was completely unprofessional. He also tried to push through a new cancellation that would've forced yet another charge. Multiple employees admitted they didn't know basic policies, didn't understand how other departments worked, and didn't even know their own General Manager's schedule. Every person gave different information. The most shocking part? The General Manager later made a false accusation that I made her female staff uncomfortable--an accusation completely disproven by recorded conversations where I remained calm and respectful. This felt retaliatory, especially after we repeatedly requested written confirmation they kept avoiding. To be clear, this review is NOT about the money. This is about a business: that withholds key billing information during sign-up that misinforms customers and contradicts itself constantly that fails to take responsibility for staff mistakes that retaliates when customers push for accountability No one should have to record conversations just to get straight answers. There are plenty of gyms in Sioux Falls--choose one that treats people honestly and professionally.

Everyone at this facility is friendly, and I come here more for the sauna rather than the gym equipment. I park up in the sauna for 60-90 minutes with a book and my water, and get the peace and quiet I rarely get at home. The dry sauna is hot, clean, and well maintained. The locker room is pristine; I have never been in a cleaner one. The childcare workers are exceptionally friendly and caring, putting up with my toddler's "toddler" behavior and my infant's needs. I truly appreciate that I have peace of mind when dropping them off. My only qualm is the membership--Not the price, but the requirements. I have never experienced a gym that requires that you be married to get a certain rate, and find that a bit antiquated, but I am sure they have their reasons. I had to register as a single parent family in order to get the family rate simply because my partner and I have not signed a piece of paper. Other than that, highly recommend.
