I have a close friend with a large following who would love to post the video. How much time does it take to say what you've said?! Not to mention you are the only contractor who said what you said Griff. Once you give someone an estimate for work that's what it is. No one asked you to do anything other than provide en estimate for service. You arrogantly said that you wouldn't give me an estimate for work needing to be done on my property ,but would take my money and work on my property..THATS THE TRUTH. First I have to speak to the speed at which everything got started. We used Home Advisor to find Tom on a Sunday evening and they came out for an estimate Monday morning and began work that evening! The work completed look great and we have no complaints at all. New tile, drywall and painting. Vanity, toilet and lighting installation as well. I requested to add little things here and there and he was very accommodating. The process at which he uses to show you the estimated costs, update those as the job goes on and request payment was great! His workers were courteous, well mannered, and respectful of the house coming and going during the day. We did all of this with a 9month old baby in the house as well and it was a great experience! Would recommend them to anyone!

As a way to cut down costs, I purchased all of the tile ahead of time and all the appropriate backer board, and I demolished the wood step by the tub and removed all the carpet, nails, staples, linoleum flooring and glue. Tom let me know what he would charge and he stuck firmly with that bid, from start to finish. He was very professional, easy to work with and communicated when he would be on site to work. I would highly recommend Tom to install any tile job you need. He works well and helped me install my toilet back into place and install all new trim after the tile was completed. Did I mention he put in a heated floor for me as well.....yeah.....he's definitely someone that I would hire in the future!!!! Thank you TOM!!!

We were told a solution could be found. Foolishly we trusted that they would fix the problem, but 4 months later and we still have no communication or fix scheduled. The worse thing you can do as a business, not stand behind your work and stop communicating with your clients. He got paid so he doesn't feel obligated to make things right. DO NOT trust they'll stand behind their work.

DATE OF SERVICE: 09/2016…read more We hired Springs Home Improvement upon the recommendation of a friend. Right off, I just didn't have a good feeling the owner, who was present, would work with us; his attitude seemed off. The main portion of our project included our desire to change the color of our island cabinetry. We were not sure the best way to accomplish this, but assumed it would include a light sanding and professional spray painting. It did not take long to realize we were in big trouble when his sub-contractor severely sanded the cabinetry and then began to paint it by hand. To say it looked awful is an understatement. We ended up contracting with another service that updates cabinets with pre-painted veneer overlays, new doors and hardware. That company was able to give us a professional finish beyond our expectations.
