My taxi was early the driver was friendly I had a sage journey home and good value for money

booked in advance a 4 mile journey for 2pm on a Friday, took 6 mins, was charged 20 quid and told it was the management rate for the wedding venue. When I queried this the "management team" / receptionist was incredibly rude and claimed she told me the price when I booked. She definitely did not tell me the price or I wouldn't have booked this company. Our friends did the same journey same time with a competitor and paid 10 quid. This company are taking advantage. We cancelled the return journey and booked a competitor who had much more flexibility with times and picked us up in the early hours the following day for 15 quid. read more

Booked via Taxicode and prepaid. These guys confirmed, then didn't show up or call to cancel. No-one was dispatched.

Do not use this company if you expect a taxi to turn up. They left around 20 people stranded in Sherwood Forest, all had booked taxis with this company for 11pm, we stood at the taxi pick up point, 1 car turned up and said we had all got to walk to the roadside which was about half a mile in pitch black dodging vehicles. Stood there until 11:30 another car turned up, said we had then got to walk to the Dog and Duck about a mile down an unlit country road, no pavements and cars doing 60 miles an hour. wont use any other taxi firm but these they are the cheapest they dont actually charge you for coming to pick you up just to where your going (obviously)they are also completely reliable read more

dont use this company taxis.booked 4pick up my son but told too busy now .becoz dick forgotten to log in ,my son have to walk home .unhelpful receptionist told i should have call in to see if its been booked in the 1st place .they dont know who pick him up and drop off lol what kind of taxis company who dont know which staff pick up there customer .guess not log in pc.not safe read more

If you pay peanuts, you don't get monkeys, you get 65'2.. If your in the right place at the right time then you may get your taxi that you booked, if not,, you best get walking.. I would recommend that people DO NOT use this Taxi firm, I had a very ill child only 5 years old whilst out on holiday in Mallorca, I constantly gave updates to 6 5 2's when my Granddaughter would be allowed to fly home, she was so ill that she had to have a certificate to fly by a doctor and was assessed by the pilot before allowing her to board the aircraft, 6 5 2's was made aware of our flight time and flight airline back into East Midlands, they assured me that a driver would track the flight and be there on time for our arrival especially with my Granddaughter being so poorly, we arrived at East Midlands as planned and to our horror NO Taxi had been sent and had not recorded it on the computer, lucky we had saved all the telephone calls that we had with them, my Granddaughter was still very ill and had to wait 40 mins for them to send another car out for us, this was not only distressing to her but to all the people at the airport who had to witness this, I have contacted all three licencing councils that have issued their Taxi Licence, Mansfield, Ashfield and Bolsover. 6 5 2's tried to cover their incompetence by stating that my Granddaughter would call them when she was fit to fly, my Granddaughter is 5 years old and who would not have a clue how to make the call, bearing in mind she could not walk or talk as she was so ill, also is clearly under age to arrange any Taxi even if she was not ill, this was a disgraceful excuse to cover up their mistake. I have emphasized to the 3 local councils that this company should not be licensed if they cannot take responsibility and must be made accountable for this appalling conduct of Business, if there are no repercussions to them they will just continue trading in this unacceptable manner, no apologies after I rang to raise my concerns and said they would call back, never called back, hence me contacting the Licencing Office regarding their code of practice, just imagine how you would feel after your child has had to stay 5 days longer abroad as she is to ill to fly home only to get the clearance and be left stranded in an airport by your local Taxi firm, they would not have come at all if I had not rang them to see why they had not come to collect us - disgraceful and should be Investigated and made accountable!!!. They had already taken our money on a return journey but breached their contract with us. read more
