The atmosphere is welcoming, warm, and friendly. Of course the staff are especially knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and not judgemental if you aren't as savvy as the connoisseur but will answer all your questions with a friendly smile, never making you feel awkward or uneasy because maybe you never smoked a cigar in your life. I always enjoy myself there and I feel as though I can chat it up for a but and not feel pressured to buy something and hurry on my way, rather, I feel like they genuinely care about their customers and eagerly and happily enjoy giving them a unique shopping experience. The staff has always been so friendly and fun. Me and my little guy love going there, and we go there quite often. They always open promptly on time at 10am. Whether is rain or shine or a snow storm. I'm glad I found this place! I. It my cigarette tobacco here. It's larger cut then in the cans, so I don't get all the residue that gums up my machine like I do in the cans. They carry full flavor and light, but are happy to mix the two to give u medium flavor. They offer a discount if bought in bulk, and even without the discount, the price is comparable to base/post prices. I think what I like best is. I stopped in the new shop in the old Pete's Tobacco location. They are in the middle of renovating so it was a little messy at the time. Also, they haven't been open very long so they are still stocking the shelves. The new owners were really nice though. I got a good deal on a Arturo Churchill. Thanks.
